The Awareness series begins with the traditional Native North American shamanism and energy healing I have learned through advanced study with Tom Brown Jr. and Native teachers. It integrates this learning with my own experience of the past 35 years as well as modern shamanic understandings, the wisdom of David R. Hawkins, the work of Michael Newton and the realm of souls, Ken Wilber’s model of growing up/waking up/cleaning up/showing up, and the teachings of the Law of One.
