Introduction

This series is a progressive account of my Past Life Regressions to Lemuria. These journeys unfolded as vivid, participatory experiences in the consciousness of a man named Keth. If you haven’t read the background presented in Episode 1, I recommend that as a starting point. That post is here.

Notes:

1. I made it a practice to review the oral recordings of these journeys shortly after returning to physical awareness, with the transcript in front of me. This allowed me to pause the recording whenever I felt the need to revisit a particular moment to unpack and document insights and details that moved too quickly to capture at the time.

2. The description of this journey is followed by a discussion of the lessons offered to the 21st Century by Lemurian life.

______

The Journey Begins

Sunday, April 24, 2022, not quite 7 o’ clock in the morning.

… Feeling my surroundings. Half Wes, half Keth, a shared consciousness. I stay with it.

I find myself sitting on what looks like marble but is soft and comfortable. I am immediately receiving the answer to one of my questions about Keth’s family life. As before, I’ll use “I” to refer to my identity as Keth while I’m integrated with him, allowing his experience to be at the forefront of the narrative.

I’m relaxed, being here with someone who is important to me. There is a strong sense of friendship as well. She is my mate, and we are very much at ease with each other. We are in our mid 30s and still quite young.

The pace here is much slower than on 21st-century Earth. We are not “driven” by anything. We are not motivated by fear in any form. We are drawn rather than pushed toward what interests us.

I am interested in how our planet works, or more accurately how our culture works, and in making it better in some fashion as a combination of physical and philosophical infrastructure.

Careers

We tend to pursue careers that have to do with the improvement of ourselves as individuals or of our culture. That orientation is universal among us in various degrees of commitment. I am not aware of anyone among my people who is motivated by a desire for power over others.

My mate is in training as an architect. That function is similar to what Wes understands, but the processes of design and construction here are very different. Our construction procedure goes past the architectural design, which is her specialty, into the assembly and use of First Density materials.

I shift ahead in time… I am in my 60’s now, starting my career. In my earlier days I practiced working with my hands, which was both enjoyable and part of my preparation for the career of, crudely put, construction management.

I decided on this career when I was still young. I also decided to prepare myself for leadership in this career by learning the tasks that would be done by the people I would eventually supervise. This led me to learn trades that involve work with the hands.

Construction is a collaborative activity. It is done in a fashion which respects the consciousness of First Density materials, to attract them into the configurations that the design calls for. We do not force material into form; we invite it.

If love could be considered to have a magnetic quality, the materials that are assembled are extracted and shaped by letting them know that their love for us can be expressed by taking the shape that we want. This is done by specialized and carefully trained craftspeople. I have some of that training. It is necessary for the work I am preparing myself to do.

Recreation

The scene fades. Wes brings forward a question about athletic inclinations, capabilities, or activities.

… I’m on a grassy field, in a game involving a ball. It is not a structured game with set rules, but is spontaneous, with guidelines that can change in a moment by telepathic agreement among the participants. It feels good to be active and agile physically as well as telepathically. The main purpose of this game is mutual enjoyment. Wes thinks of Ultimate Frisbee.

My people are not inclined toward competition with each other, particularly where it would involve physical contact. We are not as strong as Wes, but we are quite athletic considering our thin appearance. Games resembling football and hockey, or any sport where physical interference with another player is a part of the game, are unknown here.

In our games we compete to improve ourselves, not to vanquish someone else. We play or do athletic things not to beat a time or increase distance or go higher, farther, or faster than someone else; we do it for the aesthetic pleasure of the experience, and for personal improvement and new attainment. (When Wes offers the idea of beating a Personal Best, Keth is amused and unimpressed.)

Physical activities and games are often designed to provide participants with the opportunity to aid another player to reach a higher level of attainment. There is a strong degree of mutual support and collaboration.

The scene shifts again… I’m walking a curving mountain path. The image reminds Wes of pictures he has seen from Asia, with tall mountains, precarious trails carved into the mountains, and beautiful structures.

That scene fades, and we return to the topic of more active recreation.

We like to stretch ourselves in physical ways which may involve running, walking, or exploring. I don’t swim; I don’t like it. Few of us do.

I look at my hands. They are thin and quite long, and to Wes’s mind the strength in them is remarkable considering their appearance. I enjoy swinging through trees on the vines that grow in profusion in some forests. It gives me a sense of freedom, as though I were a wild monkey. I take pleasure in feeling the movement of wind over me and the strength in my arms. I’m not nearly as good at it as the monkeys I see. No surprise there.

We move to the actual jungle. It’s a thick rainforest with many vines and very flexible branches in the high trees. I’m with some companions, and there are also Second Density creatures — more monkeys. They recognize us. We enjoy playing together, men and monkeys moving together through the forest without ever touching the ground.

I do sweat. My metabolism is similar to that of Wes. After a time we arrive at a familiar place where there is a pool. We go into the pool. I don’t swim very well. Our bodies don’t float well at all; this is for cooling and relaxation after the swinging.

… Now I am sitting at a table with three of my exercise companions. Our skin tones differ. One’s skin is a pleasant light shade of gray-blue. Mine is relatively light, and my reddish tones contrast with the blue of the other person.

We are all male. We are more inclined to this activity than the females are. We also enjoy each other’s company. One of them is named Ahrod. He and I have known each other for many years. The other two I know less well. They have a stronger masculine energy about them. Ekwil is the youngest of our group. His skin tone is a lighter blue.

If I were to look in a mirror I would see a figure that is just over 7 feet tall (Wes’s reckoning), with a smallish mouth and gentle features. My eyes are black, and not large. My features are fine, and for a young person of 70-some years I look average. I see ears that are smaller and a skull that is larger than Wes’s. I have fine eyebrows and no other hair on my head. Though my features are fine, my face is fairly full. My jawline is clearly male.

My upper body is aesthetically pleasing by my people’s standards. I am muscled but thin. My shoulders are slightly narrower than Wes’s. The word “wiry” doesn’t quite apply. Among my people I’m considered to have a more athletic inclination than most. In daylight my skin is a beautiful coppery red color. My skin tone depends on the light.

Telepathic Sexual Intimacy

Wes asks to move forward in Keth’s life to a significant event related to his family life or intimate social life.

There are several of us here. Some are standing, others lying down. There is a telepathic sharing of sexual pleasure going on. I (Wes at this point) don’t know how many are engaged in the physical aspects of sex, but it has a feeling of many people sharing a beautiful sexual experience telepathically with each other. Being together in this energetic and joyful time is amazing!

Pleasure in Food

The scene shifts to another meal. Eating is pleasureful for us, in solitude or with others. Our food is aesthetically and sensually pleasing as well as nutritious. There are things that look like grapes, and apricots, and figs. There is cheese. The beverages are like water and wine. The wine is very light, and different from the wine Wes knows. There’s something heavy about 21st century wine that is not present with this drink. We don’t need alcohol to enjoy ourselves, and very few use it at all.

A Glimpse of the Future

At the age of 70 I haven’t had children yet. That is normal.

The length of our year is 365 days. The moon follows approximately the same cycles as in the 21st century. We experience seasons, although we are at a place on the planet where seasonal changes are relatively mild. Wes thinks that our latitude is about the same as that of the southern border of what will eventually be known as the United States.

With that thought, Keth experiences some emotional distress and sadness which are due to Wes’s thought about the southern border of the United States, and the images this though brings into Wes’s mind. As Wes, I ask Keth whether he can see into the future. He says, “We can see possible futures, and because you have come here, we can now see the future that has developed. This is a stressful time on your planet for beings of Third Density.”

Keth is reluctant to let me (Wes) see more about the future of the time period I come from, but the images are at a sufficiently high level in his mind that I can see them too. They are not good. They involve disruption, pain, and failure of systems and cultures.

Keth is asking that we not stay with this. It is extremely distressful to him to think of humanity in this way.

Relationships with Animals, Plants, and the Spirit of Gaia

I want to change the focus of our conversation. I let Keth know that I’m interested in the relationship of his people to Second Density beings, the animals and plants. It is a good one. The beings of Second Density are and will continue to be healthy through many changes that are occurring in the 21st Century. They will adapt, and in different forms they will continue to thrive.

Keth is aware of the spirit that we call Gaia as part of his profession. He has a relationship with that consciousness that is like a combination of trading partner, collaborator, and coworker. In his work Keth is engaged with communicating with the spirit of the Earth and her children. This is an appropriate metaphor because her plant and animal children are Second Density beings and the stones, water, and air are aspects of her First Density self.

A Healing for Keth

The next shift is Keth’s decision, not a request from me. He makes it with a sense of urgency.

I am with four people who carry beautiful female energy, including powerful nurturing and healing energy. They are calming me after my vision of 21st-century Earth, in Wes’s time of April 2022. It is disruptive, irritating, offensive, even injurious to my psyche, my image of who and what I want to be, to dwell on the pictures I saw in his mind.

I am on my back on a slightly inclined table. The table conforms easily to the shape of my body. The healers lay their hands on me, one at either arm and one on either lower leg. Each of them generates a frequency of energy which I perceive as humming.

They adjust their individual tones until they are all producing the same frequency. The effect is that I am held in a container of energy that is of the frequency and nature needed for restoration of health. As they do that the healers are holding me down on the table. If they didn’t, I would float upward. Even so, it feels as though there is some part of me that is floating up from my body.

I feel peace coming back into me. My head becomes clear, my heart relaxes. They hold me there, and look at me with love in their eyes and in their beings. I soften into that.

The energy is harmonized among them in this work. They are acting as a single source. This is not an energy that is commonly known in Wes’s society, though there are some who are capable of using it, and a very few who are capable of the power that these healers generate easily.

When they are done they lift their hands and turn away, and somehow just disappear. I haven’t been aware of what they are wearing beyond that they’re clothed in white. As they turn away, for a moment I see that the one who has been at my lower right leg is hooded. Then they’re gone.

I’m alone in the room. I lie on the table for a moment. I feel clean. I still have the memories and images, but they don’t have the same grip on me.

The Journey Ends, Too Soon

Wes asks to move ahead in time to another significant event in Keth’s life.

I am 120 years old. My children are in in early adulthood, around the age of 50. There is one boy and one girl. That was done deliberately when they were conceived.

Wes: Before I have a sense of why Keth chose this event, I feel the contact fading. He can feel that as well and says goodbye.

I return to the physical world of 2022. My mind is buzzing again with what I have seen and experienced in Lemuria, and with the question of how this understanding can be awakened in my own time.

Footnote: The Implications of Universal Telepathy

A question that has driven me since my first journey to Lemuria is “What can we learn from Lemuria that will be useful in the 21st century?”

I believe that the fundamental difference between the Lemuria I visited and my 21st Century society is based in telepathy (sharing of thoughts) and telempathy (sharing of emotions). I will use the term “telepathy” to include both.

The implications of universal telepathy go far beyond sharing thoughts and emotions. The following are some features of Lemurian life that arise from that one specific ability and lead to profound differences between that society and the one we live in today.

1. Dishonesty Is Impossible

Universal telepathy makes it impossible to maintain a deception for any length of time when all emotions, thoughts and motivations are visible to those around you, particularly those closest to you. I saw the Lemurians use telepathy without any inappropriate concealment and no attempt to deceive. Any attempt to deceive or hide a thought would be obvious to others.

2. Power Over Another Is Impossible

An attempt to persuade or coerce another person to do something not in their best interest would quickly become known, and consequently impossible in a society where relationships are grounded in mutual respect.

3. Pleasure Is Enhanced

Shared sex and eating are enjoyable in ways that are well beyond our 12st Century experience.

4. Working with Materials Is a Collaborative Activity with the Materials

Matter is known to be conscious, willing, and capable of participating in how it is used in building. Shaping is accomplished not by force but through attunement between craftsperson and material. The planetary consciousness of Gaia works in partnership with some humans (including Keth) who work with materials.

5. Healing Is Accomplished by the Healers’ Resonant Coherence

There are hospitals in modern-day Asia, known as medicineless hospitals, where some of the techniques employed appear similar to what I experienced in Lemuria.

Developing Telepathy in the 21st Century

At this point two obvious questions arise: “Why do we not have telepathy and telempathy on 21st century Earth?” and “How can we develop this ability now?”

The first question is easier to answer: we do have these abilities. Many of us have had successful experiences with telepathy in small personal experiments, so we know that telepathy is real. There has also been research conducted using scientific research methods that points clearly to this reality; and the podcast The Telepathy Tapes, discussed below, leaves no doubt of it.

This response leads to a third question: “Then why are they not better known and widely practiced?” There are several reasons.

The first barrier is social. Many hesitate to speak openly about telepathy for fear of skepticism or dismissal, or losing professional credibility or status. The prevailing public narrative frames telepathy as science fiction — more fiction than science. Even if it occurs in isolated instances, it is too limited to have wider social application.

Next, sustaining a telepathic connection with another person typically requires effort, and we lack widely accessible, reliable techniques for ongoing telepathic communication. Results can be sporadic, or limited to contact with one other person.

A third concern is more personal: the fear that telepathy would expose our inner lives to others, leaving all thoughts and experiences open to view.

There are responses to all of these concerns. First, there is no danger of having our secrets exposed; full, unfiltered connection is not an inherent feature of telepathy. In Lemuria, and among certain populations on today’s Earth, individuals choose what to share and what to withhold.

I highly recommend a podcast titled The Telepathy Tapes, hosted by Ky Dickens. As its stories unfold, it becomes clear that non-speakers share intentionally; there is no sense of “prying.” This aligns fully with my experience in Lemuria.

The first season of The Telepathy Tapes began in 2024 by exploring the possibility of telepathy among non-speaking people with autism. After Episode 6, a watershed moment in which the reality of telepathy among non-speaking people with autism became undeniable for the researchers, the focus shifted. The aim was no longer to prove telepathy to the orthodox scientific community, but to explore how it manifests in the lives of non-speakers and others for whom it is a familiar and rich aspect of their reality. The stories in Season 2 highlight awe-inspiring examples of telepathy between non-speakers and speakers, and between us and our non-human relatives.

The results of Ky Dickens’ research, along with my Lemurian experience of telepathy, have given me a conviction that telepathy is possible. On Earth. Now.

This returns us to the second question: How might telepathy and telempathy be cultivated? Season Two of The Telepathy Tapes offers some promising hints. In addition, my own shamanic training included practices for communicating with plants, animals, and other forms of non-human consciousness, and I believe that several of those techniques can be applied to developing telepathy among ourselves.

The remaining question is whether we are ready to make the effort and experience the gifts and changes of developing telepathy more widely among humans.

Since returning from Lemuria, my own abilities have continued to grow. That experience, together with the Telepathy Tapes podcast, has rekindled my desire to teach my nature-based path. In the coming months, I will be renewing my offerings and sharing more of my Lemurian stories. Stay tuned…
