You, and your children, can be
Born Whole

Do you feel grief or heaviness when you consider the time before you were born? Do you sense that your mother’s thoughts and emotions affected you then and throughout your life?

If your answer is “Yes!”, read this life-changing book!

Would you like to be able to accompany and guide your children lovingly through their time in the womb?

If you answer “Yes!”, please read this life-changing book!

Born Whole is about realizing your birthright, and the birthright of your children, to be healthy in heart, body, mind, and spirit.

Born Whole is my story of healing my own pre-birth trauma. And a whole lot more about Souls, a Vision Quest, my son, and compassion for mothers.

This is a story of personal triumph and growth. It is also a description of what is possible for everyone.
Born Whole tells how, I re-lived three major pre-birth events, guided by a skilled teacher, while in a deep altered state of consciousness. These events were my own conception, implantation, and labor.
Later, I revisited my time in the womb and experienced again the wonder and stresses of my mother’s ongoing emotions, worldview, and physical circumstances.
Born Whole includes the beautiful story of how I spiritually guided a baby through its birth.

What Readers Say

What an amazing book!
WOW! Let me start by saying that while this book dives into novel research and offers incredible depth of the discoveries of this work, it reads like you are sitting across the table from an old friend. I found that the conversational tone made the pages fly by! The concepts and findings are presented in terms anyone can fully understand and appreciate. I thoroughly enjoyed this book from cover to cover, and I have never come across any other resources that dive into pre-birth trauma. I highly recommend this book to anyone, and especially new or soon-to-be mothers!  – Cassidy

Good Food for Thought
Wes’ book provides important concepts and ideas for consideration. He presents a model that is based on love, connection, hope, and transformation. In a world where so many feel stuck, this book is a gift. Wes is a talented writer and a wonderful human. Thank you for sharing your story.  – Corinna Stevenson

Inspiring, intriguing, and engaging
This book will take you to places you have never been before and challenge your ideas of what is possible. The author does a great job of taking you on a journey of exploration about what it means to be “whole” through an in depth sharing of his own personal experiences. I found that this honest and open hearted approach to writing made the book really inspiring and engaging. There were times where I questioned if this work was only accessible to someone with a deep spiritual practice already in place and it felt a little daunting to consider. However, do not despair! The author does a great job of presenting concepts and resources for anyone who wants to pursue their own healing and in doing so is creating a new and hopeful future for us all. – Virginia Anderson

Explores areas seldom considered on healing journey
Most of what we hear about the inner life of unborn babies focuses on the biological aspects only. Gietz’s book takes the reader way beyond that boundary and into the richness of the emotional, mental & spiritual aspects of every individual human life from its very beginnings. Around Chapter 5 I found myself checking how many pages I had read & how many were left in the book. I was enjoying it so much,I didn’t want it to end. I slowed down my reading to make it last longer! – Amazon customer

Fascinating and engaging
I very much enjoyed reading Born Whole. Wes has been a mentor and a elder figure for many years in my life through nature based ceremony and EFT. He is a skilled guide and compassionate man and I could hear his voice through the Born Whole narrative, as it has a wonderful storytelling quality that draws you in. Authentic and easy to read, I found it an engaging read and found myself taken on journeys. It pushed some edges of wonderings and some topics I hadn’t really considered before, as such as prebirth traumas and ways to heal. I enjoyed as well bringing in the perspective of some indigenous cultures that carry this knowledge deep into the fabric of their culture. This is an important book and could help many to work through some of these issues, healing ourselves and our children at the same time.  – Isabelle

Beautiful, deep, insightful
I found the concepts in the first part of the book harder to connect to. But then I kept reading and suddenly it all made sense and I found myself following along with the experiences, taking in this new knowledge and gaining new perspective. Amazing what can be experienced when we open our minds to new experiences – we can learn so much about ourselves. My favorite chapter was ‘The Journey of Our Souls’ – it changed my thinking and somehow – it was, deep down, what I always knew to be true. Really enjoyed this book! – Susana

Mind Blowing
Reading Born Whole is an incredible journey. Yes, it takes some open mindedness and patience but as the book progresses the pieces start to fit together more tightly. The clear simple language delivers this profound information eloquently. If necessary, you can skip the more technical sections without missing the message of the book. Be prepared to be amazed! – R Fagnan

Healing ourselves and our children at the same time
This book is about healing prenatal trauma, which is thought to be universal. Because of his unconventional ways of knowing, it is very helpful that the author’s beliefs are spelled out, briefly and clearly, upfront. I agree with Gietz that the need for healing is much greater than agreement on philosophical details. Therefore I suggest you read the book through without preconceived notions first, and only later decide for yourself what to keep, and what to leave.
The idea that we can and should connect to infants as whole people is laudable and opens up avenues to truly respectful interactions with beings who are very vulnerable and powerless. If prenates can perceive their mothers’ emotions chemically and energetically, then this would contribute to their set-points of sensitivity, happiness, etc. in later life. At this point, I find it comforting to consider that the soul of the unborn child may actively choose their parents, and also that prenatal trauma somehow prepares the child for later difficulties in life. Without those thoughts, the burden on pregnant mothers to do things perfectly would become even heavier than it already is.
It is when we create the next generation that we become aware of how ill society has become. Only nine months of reading to prepare for a new and huge project, and it is near impossible to keep up with and protect the ever-changing child after it is born. So many of our own hurts to heal, and so little time. So many decisions to make, all of them potentially crucial.
This book emphasizes hope, and provides some simple techniques that work for healing ourselves and our children at the same time, starting from where we are right now. The role for fathers is clear: to heal themselves will directly impact the mother, and through her, the unborn child. They are not excluded from baby-care: they can communicate directly with their child, as well. While higher levels of skill in healing, intuiting and communicating can be built over time, these are not a requirement at the outset. What is required is clear intentions and persistence, together with self-acceptance and forgiveness. And that is nothing new for a parent. So take heart.
To top it all, this information is given to you in a very reasonable number of easily readable pages. What are you waiting for? Read on already!

A must read!
This book’s powerful message will change your life and give your child a beautiful and healthy start to theirs. This is a book the world desperately needs right now and the wisdom shared in it will not only help people free themselves from the patterns created by their past, but will give parents a new understanding and way of caring for their babies. – Howdy

Loved this book!
Healing ourselves is a lifelong task, and anything we can use to tackle that task is appreciated. In this wonderful piece of writing, Wes explores the deep caves of the time before we were born, and offers himself as a guide along that journey. This is one of those few & rare & essential books which will shift your perspective on so many things, and offers warm & useful approaches to our journey, to understand ourselves & our chance to share & heal, with each other & with ourselves. Love it! – Ian Byington
