My Life in Lemuria #9: The Nursery of Telepathy

Gratitude; Nurturing Telepathic Empathy

Introduction

This series describes a past life I have entered more than twenty-one times. My purposes are to record these experiences as guidance for my own growth, to remind all of us of what is possible as humans, and to affirm and encourage you in your own explorations of realms beyond the physical.

I returned from every one of these journeys feeling affirmed, expanded, and awestruck. What I learned there was beyond anything I could have conceived of. The most inspiring realization was that what I experienced in Lemuria is possible now, in the 21st century.

My process has been to narrate and record these journeys while in trance, create the transcript, then review the recordings to edit and amplify the transcript. This has enabled me to explore and document aspects of the journey that moved and changed too quickly to describe fully at the time. The result is a much deeper and more complete description of the events, perceptions, and learnings of these journeys.

A suggestion: If you haven’t read the back story of these past life journeys presented in Part 1, I recommend that you do so. The Medium article describing that first journey is here.

Arrival at the Lake

It is Friday, June 10, 2022, approximately 6:10 in the morning. I felt called to make this journey when I awoke this morning,

… There’s the transition. Moving into grayness now… and out.

I am Keth.

I am seated in that place where we overlook the lake. I admire the design and execution of this place. It is not one that I designed myself and it is always a little bit unfamiliar to me because of the feeling of the stone. I enjoy that about it.

[When Keth works with stone, his connection with the stone is one of mutual awareness, respect, and collaboration. The different kinds of stone, and the same kind of stone from different locations, all have different feelings or personalities. This is what Keth was referring to when he said “the feeling of the stone.”]

(Keth brings these thoughts to consciousness for the benefit of Wes. It is as though he muses silently to himself about things that would normally only get passing attention in order that Wes can gain more understanding of himself and his culture.)

Offering Gratitude Across Time

Wes to Keth: “In my time, some of us have a practice of expressing gratitude when we come together.”

Keth says, “Yes” to the question of whether Wes can share this with him.

Wes says “I am grateful for the beauty of my Earth. It is, from what I have seen, wilder in the natural aspect and more diverse than what you experience. I am grateful for the I woman with whom I share my life. We have a closer relationship than I have had with any other person because she is more open in who she is and more, in a sense, receptive to the ideas which are very unusual in our time that I offer to her. I am grateful for the ease of my life in a place and a time where not many have that. I am grateful for my own mind and body and heart, and in particular for the spiritual awareness and learning that has made it possible for me to make these journeys and to meet with you. The last thing I will express is my gratitude for meeting you, my self, my brother.

“In my training we use the phrase ‘All are my relations’ as a statement of recognition that we are related to everything around us on the levels of spirit and physical.”

Ayni, Sorrow, and Hope for Humanity

Keth: “I am joyful to hear you express your gratitude, my self. It creates or restores in me an understanding of the — I search for a word in your language — it could be called joy, it could be called connection. The Quechua word aini, which is difficult to define in English, is appropriate as well, and there is love too between you and your wife and among all things of first and second densities expressed in what you say. This lifts my heart. It lifts my heart from a place of deepening sorrow for you and your people. As you say, all are my relations.

“I want to qualify that term ‘deepening sorrow.’ We have an understanding that all is well, and yet there is pain in your world of 2022. There is deep and broad pain, and while we cannot see your future, what you have just offered us helps to alleviate our sorrow and gives us not confidence, but strong faith and hope for a positive future, a future of love and connection, and clear service to others for your people.

“I have a new understanding that on your planet, in your time… That was an interesting thought, to refer to ’your planet’ as though it were different. It is more accurate to refer to ‘your time’ when thinking in terms of our three dimensional world, but it feels like a different place.

“The original thought that I was seeking to express is that it is our understanding that on this planet there are people who have come from other places than ourselves. Even though we are all of third density, there are differences among us that will eventually lead to conflict. Those differences exist in your time also. We see in your mind the knowledge that people on your planet come from 16 different sources. They bring with them belief systems, patterns of thought, and attitudes that differ widely from each other. Here, it is our understanding that those whom we call Atlantean, or more precisely that you call Atlantean, do not have the same empathy connection that we do with each other.”

Unity Between Two Selves

As Wes I express something to Keth. “I see you as a beloved brother at times, and at times the truth of our being a soul manifested in different times helps me to be with you, and allows me to be with you at a level of intimacy that is beyond language.

“This is unity, and it brings me to the reason that I have come here today. As you know, I want to explore how it might be possible to have telepathy and empathy among my people of June 2022. I wish to know how you develop that capability in your children, or whether it is innate to a degree that seems simply to be hereditary. Anything you can offer in that regard would be much appreciated.

“I also have a question about the negative aspects of that. I would appreciate anything you can offer about the potential impact on humans in my time of being become telepathic as you are. I have in my mind as well a questions about telepathy between third density humans and beings of second and first density here in 2022.

“I would like to know how or by what process, if you can tell me, how you nurture and develop telepathic capabilities in your people.”

Developing Telepathy in Children

Wes: For a time there is nothing. Then I get an impression of young babies being worked with by… very specialized, very highly conscious people. They work with babies who are born (rather than still in utero).

Keth is connecting telepathically with some of the workers. He has obtained their permission to do that. One of the people he is connecting with is a supervisor/trainer for the people who do this work.

The initial work of preparing babies to be telepathic is done by the mother, before the baby is born. She may guide it consciously; some also happens through the natural process of gestation. When the baby is born it has rudimentary capabilities in this area. The mother may ask for the assistance of others if she feels she needs it. Some don’t.

This process has to do with some of the same things that Keth has offered me before about uniting the lower four chakras, the ones in the body. I see three more below the body. The ones in the body are the primary ones to be linked or fused in that thing that looks like a tube inside the body, the chakra tube.

There is (the teacher cautions Wes through Keth that this is a very crude image) also the unification of the heart and throat chakras in a structure that looks like a seed pod. There is a connection between the pod and the tube containing the lower four chakras.

They work very carefully. The sense that I have is of light fingers moving inside the head to help awaken or nurture the awakening of the pineal gland and the third eye. It is the third eye that is the seat of telepathic communication.

The third eye is where the mental/rational aspects of telepathy originate. The empathic/emotional aspects originate in the lower structures. [More specifically, the empathic aspects of telepathy originate in the unified lower four chakras. If these chakras are not fully balanced with each other, telepathic empathy is still possible through the heart chakra.]

The teacher now tells Keth that their understanding is that third density beings all have this capability when they are born. Whether they develop it to a conscious and useful level depends on input from the external environment.

The people who work with babies must themselves have attained a very high level of empathetic telepathy. They also have to have an awareness of the presence of the soul in the baby.

(I, Wes, have the sudden thought that if people with these capabilities were known in my time they would be very unusual people.)

Wes: Part of the work that they do, part of the… technique that they use is to join themselves telepathically with each other and with the babies. It is a nurturing that is absent on Earth as far as I know. I feel that it is done (this is 2022 talking) individually with some babies by people whose instinct or intuition or guidance is to work this way. The specific aspects of what is done are poorly understood here by almost everyone. There would be a handful of individuals who have this level of understanding.

Keth is in telepathic communication with — the name may be Alletha — this being, who is female. There are almost no males engaged in this work in the time of Keth. She allows Keth to participate in one of these circles with a request — actually, it is a condition presented very respectfully as a request — that Keth be there only as an observer.

They work with cohorts of newborn babies born within a fairly narrow time span. It appears that the time span can be up to a month. [This is rare. It is more usual to work with a cohort born within a single day, or within two days of each other, because the rapidity of development after birth would result in too wide a spectrum of maturity among the babies. The work is best begun as soon as possible after birth. A month is a maximum and would only occur in extreme circumstances, which were not communicated to Keth.]

The teacher and the others who work with the babies are not physically together. The closeness of the telepathic connection makes it feel like they are together. My sense is that they are widespread across almost all of Lemuria, although there might be districts. Occasionally they work together physically in small groups. For them this is a trivial aspect because they can come together telepathically and empathetically.

These people very gently do the work of… It’s like they are stroking and soothing the chakras, comforting them, and encouraging them as though they were separate beings. I have an image of the way the hands of a potter smooth clay, as though they’re stroking energy and encouraging it to move from one chakra to another to help the chakras connect with each other.

For a moment Keth is allowed to be in the mind of one of the workers and by extension all of them. They are aware of Wes’s presence and some of their comments seem to be addressed to him.

“We do not use images of clay or of moving hands. We open the (what you call) chakras’ awareness of each other and they grow toward each other.” (Grow is not the right word. Reach, flow… the workers guide them.)

“For us this is effortless. It is allowing them to become what we are. We show them what we are and they move toward becoming that. We reach out to them energetically in a fashion that is different from telepathy, like an energetic empathy but more than that because we do touch them to affect them.

“The pineal gland needs to be worked with in its energetic form very carefully. It has the capability for telepathy. We recognize that that capability can easily be dampened by the intensity of the physical stimuli that the body takes in. Visual, tactile, auditory, and olfactory stimuli are very distracting. It is our work to assist babies in maintaining the capabilities of the pineal and other structures for telepathy and to assist the lower chakras to work together in maintaining empathy. We hope that the images we have given you will be of assistance to you.”

The Choice to Remain Telepathic

Keth sees the question in Wes’s mind about whether there are any historical stories or times when a baby was not welcomed and offered these opportunities, or even speculations about what might happen. The immediate response is “You are living that in your time.”

And in a gentler tone, “It has been over a very long time that we have developed the techniques we now use. You should know that when our people reach a certain level of maturity, which varies from one individual to another, every person is offered the opportunity to close that doorway, to become non-telepathic. We scan our knowledge. This has not happened.”

In the consciousness of some of us — one of us, therefore all of us including Wes, is the image of offering someone in 2022 the chance to become blind and deaf. Obviously not a desirable choice for a healthy human being.

Keth remains in telepathic communication with the teacher. The students are there as well, but in the background, whereas Keth and she are very much present together. They say to Wes, “We understand your question about whether or how to apply what we do in your time. We have no ready answer because it is a long time since we had to address this question. Our suggestion for you would be that you work with what you have seen us do here in your own life. We are here to answer your questions. Perhaps we can find a way to be there to answer your questions immediately for you as you work with this.”

Trust, Vulnerability, and the Ethics of Telepathic Openness

Wes asks, “Are you able to offer me any thoughts about cautions?”

“We can only offer you a speculative answer. If you consider the possibility of your own consciousness being fully open to another, you will encounter some thoughts that you would not wish to share. You would not wish them to be visible to another until you have achieved a degree of self-acceptance and mutual acceptance that makes it possible for you to do this with complete trust, complete vulnerability, strength, and confidence that you will not be ashamed, hurt, or rejected, and that you also will not shame or hurt or reject the other or others.

“We believe that you are already conscious of this and that we have simply expressed it for you. Because for us there is no shame, no hurt, no rejection, we do not feel vulnerable when we share ourselves with each other.”

“Do you have the capability of sharing only a part of your thoughts and feelings?”

“Yes, we do. This is not done commonly. It is recognized for each individual there will be experiences that he or she wishes to hold privately as precious. We have the capability of having those be behind a door, if you like. This is often done in order that we can explore them by ourselves as an exercise in delight and developing wisdom. Sometimes we do something which is akin to polishing or finishing something like this, and then if we choose we can bring it out to show to and share with others. This is done with gifts, for example, not of the physical variety but of the nature of emotion or thought. Sometimes images, which are like physical objects. Such things happen infrequently, not very often, and they are usually experienced with delight by all those who participate. You may find that you wish to do this with darker aspects of yourself. The danger in this is that it may erode or inhibit the level of trust that is necessary for full telepathic and empathetic communication.”

[The ability to share some thoughts and not others is a natural part of telepathy for them. In the 21st century, this will be important as people who develop individual abilities in telepathic and empathetic sharing learn to trust one another as well as to be open to an unfamiliar and potentially disturbing level of intimacy.]

More of the Beauty and Depth of Shared Consciousness

“What about the benefits?”

“You have experienced many of them. We see in your mind that Q’uo also offered you a moment of experience of the collective consciousness, the social memory complex as it is termed, that they enjoy. Ours is more limited than that.

“You have experienced the beauty and the love and the ayni that is effortless for us compared with what you are capable of at this time. Hold in your mind the thought that this is only the beginning, this is only dipping your hand into a deep well, a deep pool of water.”

Keth opens fully to me for a moment. It is so rich! And it is beautiful.

“Let’s have a drink.”

We change locations… I’m actually not sure we do this physically, because much of what we’ve been doing has been telepathic. We are in a group now that comprises 10 people: Keth, his wife, four friends that Wes has already met, and four more people. There may be others as well.

There is a celebratory tone among the people here. Keth has been sharing his experience with them, which is interesting for Wes to know because he has been unaware of that.

Keth says, “Yes, I can do this. It is not our general way of communicating or being with each other. I did it partly to demonstrate to you that it is possible, and also because I was — concerned might be the right word — I was wanting you to have the full experience of the nursery.”

As he speaks, I realize that there was in the background of his consciousness this other group of people, the ones we’re with now physically, I think. Yes, we are all here.

It’s difficult for me as Wes to distinguish between physical presence and telepathic presence. The teacher and the practitioner, the shaman — whatever she would be called — seemed to be fully physically present, or at least the strength of their presence was palpable. There are some nuances here that I am not fully aware of, in terms of the differences between powerful telepathic presence and actual physical presence; although as I do that I see now that there are details of full bodies that are quite obvious now in physical presence. [An example of the difference between telepathic presence and physical presence is that I can choose to look at a detail about someone who is physically present, noticing their shoes for example, whereas I would not be able to do that in a telepathic communication unless the other person chose to show me their shoes.]

We spend some time enjoying the drink. I as Wes am impelled to ask if there is any other wisdom that they have for me at this time.

The response is, “You have seen enough for today. You need to work with and process this. Right now we are here together to enjoy our company and yours.”

[It feels like this response is given to me from a collective rather than from a single individual. This happens from time to time on these journeys. I believe that Keth has a very fast telepathic exchange with the other people who are present, and the response comes from all of them through Keth.]

The social time continues. I move ahead in time to where I am ready to return to my own time and body. I express my gratitude to Keth and he reciprocates. Interesting — I almost said “She reciprocates.” Keth suddenly feels very female. She is expressing a love for me that is very feminine and female. It is delicious.

We say goodbye.

Lessons of the Journey

1. Gratitude as a Form of Connection

When I express gratitude to Keth, I feel how deeply emotional resonance affects him and his people.

In my society, gratitude is often brief or performative, when it is expressed at all. This experience suggests that sincere gratitude can function as a transformative emotional and spiritual practice that restores relationship and mutual awareness.

2. Telepathy as a Natural Human Capacity

Lemurians understand telepathy and empathy to be important innate capacities, present before birth. They consciously nurture these abilities in utero and in newborn babies. The nurturing offered to newborns is the responsibility of highly trained professionals.

The culture of the 21st century assumes that separation between minds is normal, and telepathy is regarded as fringe by mainstream thinking. This journey brings forward — once again — the idea that many human capacities remain undeveloped because our conceptual environments do not support them.

3. Emotional Safety as the Foundation of Openness

The Lemurians explained that full telepathic openness entails the absence of shame, rejection, and emotional violence. Vulnerability is easy because trust is deeply embedded in their culture.

In my society people generally fear emotional exposure because relationships are so often characterized by judgment, competition, and criticism. The Lemurian experience demonstrates that greater emotional maturity and collective healing are possible. Then advanced forms of openness such as telepathy and telempathy will become safe.

4. The Importance of Early Childhood Consciousness

The work of developing telempathic and telepathic sensitivity begins before birth with the mother and baby, and continues collectively after birth as practitioners work gently with newborn infants. I witness caregivers nurturing the chakras, pineal gland, and empathic centers of newborns through energetic guidance and resonance. The aptitudes and skills required for this work are recognized and carefully trained, and the work is highly respected in Lemurian society as vital to their development.

Modern societies place heavy emphasis on intellectual education, with comparatively little attention to emotional, energetic, and spiritual development. We would benefit by finding a better balance of the intellectual with other dimensions of being fully developed human beings, particularly in the very young.

5. Collective Consciousness Without Loss of Individuality

Lemurians experience profound mental and emotional connection while still preserving individuality and privacy. They can choose when to share and when to remain inward.

My individual relationship with Keth often happens at a level of intimacy that exceeds my understanding of what is possible. Affection, shared awareness, and emotional transparency flow naturally.

In my “modern” (sometimes I can’t resisit putting the quotes around it) world, people express the fear that deeper collective awareness would erase individuality, that we would become a hive mind, or the Borg. The Lemurian experience demonstrates that sovereignty and profound connection can coexist.
