Keth timeshifts to modern Earth; teachings of love from a Pleiadian; a powerful affirmation
Introduction
This series is a progressive account of my Past Life Regressions to Lemuria. These journeys unfolded as vivid, participatory experiences in the consciousness of a man named Keth. If you haven’t read the background presented in Episode 1, I recommend that as a starting point. That post is here.
Notes:
1. I made it a practice to review the oral recordings of these journeys shortly after returning to physical awareness, with the transcript in front of me. This allowed me to pause the recording whenever I felt the need to revisit a particular moment to unpack and document insights and details that moved too quickly to capture at the time.
2. The description of this journey is followed by a discussion of the lessons offered to the 21st Century by Lemurian life.
3. A summary for those afflicted with TLDR is attached at the end of this post.

The Journey Begins
It’s April 28, 2022.
I have recorded some questions that I want to ask of Keth. Rather than risking coming out of the deep meditation by lifting the blindfold and putting my glasses on I will try to remember them.
I’m going in now. …I am Keth. …Not fully integrated yet…
I greet him and receive a warm greeting back. We are walking — he and I in his body, that is. I’ll use the singular, and speak now as Keth except as noted.
Three of us are engaged in a conversation, part of a larger group who are all moving in the same direction. Our conversation is casual. We take our seats in an amphitheater where a performance is under way. There are two horses standing on a stage, facing each other and moving their feet and heads. It appears to be comedic in intent, possibly satire. Some people are laughing and smiling. I’m not enjoying it.
A transition… I’m standing now at the top of a cliff about 100 feet above the ocean. There is a low fence and a paved path along the fence. I’ve come here to converse with Wes, who says, “A question I have for you , Keth, is ‘Are your people aware of any intelligent beings on other planets in our solar system?’”
Wes: There is a long silence. I do not sense that Keth is withholding anything, though he does not communicate for several minutes.
A Timeshift to Modern-Day Earth
The scene shifts. I am a smaller version of myself, and I am either invisible to the people around me or I have arranged to look like them. I think the latter.
We’re on a corner of a city street. Wes notes that people are dressed as they would have been perhaps 60 years ago in western Europe or North America. This is an older neighborhood. The buildings are of brick or stone, between 20 and 100 years old. The area contains retail outlets, offices, and apartments. None of the buildings is higher than four floors. The mood is that of a large city: people are not smiling, there is no eye contact, and most are walking alone in a purposeful manner. I see no children.
The light changes. Everyone except one person crosses. He is standing in front of me, not quite facing me. He’s not fully steady on his feet, but he’s not drunk or impaired. He’s about 5’10”. I’m looking at him from a slightly higher viewpoint, so I must be about 6 feet tall. He’s wearing a light jacket or suit coat, and pants that are somewhat baggy. He’s moving his hands almost aimlessly, as though he were trying to communicate something to me. He’s not speaking clearly, but mumbling.
He’s aware of me but doesn’t want to face me. As other people walk by they change their paths to give him more room. It seems that they are intimidated by him. I’m getting no reaction at all, so I obviously don’t look like Keth of Lemuria.
There are cars and trolley buses on the street. The appearance of the vehicles is consistent with a year near 1960. I don’t see enough detail on the cars to be clear about that, but the large size and general lines of the cars suggest that era.
The man is solidly built, strong-looking. His hair is medium brown and somewhat shaggy. He has several days’ growth of beard. He is clean, untidy rather than scruffy. I plant in his mind a question: “Can you see me?” His eyes move back and forth. He nods, but doesn’t look at me directly. He appears to be frightened. I tell him “I am as real as you are, but I come from a different time.” That startles and relaxes him at the same time.
He is afraid that police might come and interrupt, or possibly take him away. I reassure him that he is seeing truly and that what he is able to perceive is beyond the capability of most other humans of his time; that even though he is considered to be not fully sane by the people around him, he should have confidence in his perceptions.
As soon as I finish saying that I’m back on the cliff overlooking the ocean, in a scene that reminds me of the coast south of San Francisco, or Hawaii. Wes asks what that was about .
“I don’t know. There are times when I involuntarily find myself in those situations. The best I can do is reassure the people who see me that their perceptions are real. I don’t have a sense of any greater purpose at this point.”
[This is an example of Keth’s service to his future world. The wisdom that he possesses has been lost to humanity for several thousand years. The most that he can do without interfering with the free will of later humans is to validate their experience and thinking whenever he is summoned or sent into a situation like the one we just shared.]
Wes asks Keth what year this would be by Wes’s reckoning. He says, “I can’t tell you closely; possibly between 12,000 and 16,000 years in your past.” These numbers feel uncertain, possibly even greatly distorted. [This is not surprising; if I were visited by someone from the future and asked how far back in time I live from them, I would have no idea.]
Contact Beyond Earth
Wes returns to the question of entities on other planets.
“We are more interested in communicating with those from other stars. We sense great love and beauty in entities from the stars known as the Pleiades. We have a more formal relationship with beings from the region of Arcturus.
“There are some with whom we choose not to associate. They come from what you would call the belt and sword of Orion. Their thought processes and relationship structures are disagreeable to us. Our relationship with those from the Pleiades is one of learning, and exchange of concepts of love and better ways to develop our capacity to love. We recognize that they have been, to use your phrase, playing this game for longer than we have. They are pleased, in the sense of feeling fulfilment, to be able to respond to our willingness and desire to learn.”
Wes is curious about whether the communication is only over the distance between Earth and the Pleiades or whether there has been physical presence by them here.
“Yes to both, though the physical presence is something they do from their home in the Pleiades using thought to manifest physically for a time here. They do not travel here physically.”
“Is this an ongoing process?”
“Yes, it is.”
“Have you had this experience? Seeing a Pleiadian?”
“Yes, I have.”
“Is it possible for you to do this while I am with you?”
“This requires that I receive permission from those who devote their lives to this communication. They are for us what you would call priests and priestesses, though the difference in status that you attach to those terms is not known here. We regard them with a great deal of respect, and I acknowledge that I am in awe of what they do.”
Several times while Keth and I have been together, he has made reference to the absence of hierarchical differences that we are so familiar with in the 21st-century. This is something he takes for granted, and it has shown up in many ways: his role as a construction supervisor, governance structures and processes, the mutually supportive nature of the tree-swinging activity and other games, and the high level of skill needed in some specialized occupations that is recognized without any sense of superiority.
Meeting a Pleiadian
We transition to a place that feels charged with energy. We are in the presence of the ones Keth called priests and priestesses. There is also a Pleiadian present. It is feminine in its energy, as tall as Keth, blue, shining from within.
[During this meeting Wes’s consciousness is more present than Keth’s, and the following paragraphs are written from Wes’s point of view.]
I try to see facial features, but initially I get only a sense of stunning beauty, the kind of beauty one would fall helplessly in love with at first sight. It’s more than physical beauty; it is also energetic beauty and the soft peace that she radiates. She is gentle and strong, and she has a disarming fun-loving feeling about her.
She becomes more visible, and I see her face more clearly. She is truly beautiful, and I find her sexually attractive as well. It’s not a carnal-desire kind of sexuality, but the beautiful sexual attractiveness of confident femininity.
Alun… Alun is as close as I can get at first to her name. The pronunciation doesn’t matter so much. A name is only a convenient way of distinguishing one being from another.
Teachings of Love, Integration, and Prana Energy
Speaking directly to Wes, she says “You need to learn about love. Your people of the 21st Century hold on to immense pain and grief, and they protect themselves in ways that hinder their coming together in the ways we know and are teaching the people here. We are saddened when we see what will happen here and what will happen in our visitor’s (Wes’s) world, yet we recognize that this is part of evolution; and we see it from a great enough distance that we are not caught up in it.
“We encourage you, to the degree that you are capable, to develop a gentle love within yourselves and — we speak singularly to the visitor — within yourself, and always to draw upon that love.”
“We understand your struggle with the concepts and process of developing your chakras. We encourage you to see that your blue and your green chakras can be one, and to communicate from that unity.
“We encourage you to see that when your chakras are fully activated and balanced, and those energy centers are fused, they are a place of residence, a place whose nature is to be all of your chakras in one.”
[When she refers to a “place of residence” the feeling I (Wes) have is that there is a “home base” within my physical being, a place of groundedness, safety, and strength in which I can be fully open and vulnerable without fear, in full presence to What Is. It is a state of being from which the best and most beautiful doing can arise.]
“We see the question in your mind. By the reckoning of the notion of Densities, we are high in Sixth Density, harvestable into Seventh. We offer you our words from a place of Unity, having experienced the journeys through Fourth and Fifth Density developing our own love and our own wisdom and bringing those together in…” She stops talking to show me a glimpse of what she is trying to convey. It is a high level of… I’m going to stop trying to find words and let the experience unfold…
She shows all of us a place of extremely high energy, among the most pure I have ever experienced. She is holding me [Wes/Keth — we’re experiencing this as a unified consciousness, even as we have our individual responses and interpretations] there, protecting me. She would like to show me her home, but if she were to do so fully it feels like I would be annihilated — maybe too strong a word, but I don’t want to take the chance. What she shows me is pure, beautiful, bright, rarified, vast… Words are inadequate. When this fades I feel a pang of grief for what I’ve seen so briefly, and so quickly lost.
She directs my attention back to my chakra system and the energy moving through it, “What you call prana.” Wes’s Third Density conceptual capacity is so limited! It is a — the word that comes first to his mind is a ‘ravaging’ energy, but in a positive sense of that word, trying to capture the irresistible power of it. It moves through my/our chakra system. I’m in the middle of it. It moves around and through me but it does no harm. I feel purified by it. There’s no struggle in the purification. It just is.
[Later I look up the word “ravaging.” Its meaning implies destructive power. The prana energy is not at all like that. It is powerful and vigorous but not destructive. At the same time, it is not to be used without a great deal of respect.]
The fused chakras appear to flicker in brightness. What’s the lesson? Initially I get nothing more than that it is positive. Later, I understand that this flickering can be an indication of movement back and forth between dimensions.
“This is a place where you come to receive energy,” she says. “You can come here, into the center place in yourself, and you draw on the energy from that stream of prana.”
I see the prana, flowing both up and down at the same time, swirling and spiraling around us, and somehow not moving at all.
“You can take some of it; you can touch it. It is power, a source of creative potential. This is not something that your understanding or words can fully grasp, but you can use it. You can have the blessings of it.”
As Wes, I turn my attention to Keth. He is filled with awe and joy. This experience is new for him as well.
A Stunning Affirmation
Suddenly, to my complete astonishment, the being from the Pleiades says, , “Sha-Na asks me to offer her respectful greetings to the one you know as Chaska-Ra.”
That stops me cold! Chaska-Ra is the name of my partner in the 21st Century. She has been in communication with a Pleiadean named Sha-Na for almost seven years. I choke up in my physical body. I have no idea what to do or say but “Thank you.”
I sense that she is giving energy to Chaska-Ra, smiling.
Keth has been motionless through all of this. There is one priestess nearby. Behind her stands a priest. They also appear awestruck. I sense that this being — I hear “Alu-Na” clearly now — is highly advanced, even among Pleiadians.
“Look for me. Look hard for me!”
She addresses Wes: “When you return to your time, look for me… Look for me. Look hard for me!” She disappears.
Her consciousness is gone but the energy that she leaves behind still fills this place. I don’t know whether we are in a room or an open space. It’s dark beyond the immediate group of the three people I can see.
The priestess and priest approach me.
“This has honored us.”
Keth responds, “Thank you for what you do.”
He asks permission to take his leave of them. This is granted.
Experience Becomes Shared Wisdom
We transition to an area like a garden. There is a bench here. I sit down, landing hard because I’m still caught up in the experience with Alu-Na. After a time of reflection, I ask Keth to move ahead to a significant event related to the meeting with Alu-Na.
… We’re in his home, not long afterward, with his wife and some friends. Keth is sharing the experience of being with Alu-Na.
There are five of us. We stand in a circle. We put our arms around each other’s shoulders and bend our heads forward until we touch. I share the experience, and we weep together with awe, joy and gratitude for the deep honoring and beauty of Alu-Na’s visit. The telepathic sharing includes images, words, and emotions. The purity and sweet strength of unconditionally shared emotions is amazing to Wes. This is the first time he has seen us cry.
We allow ourselves to be in that feeling for a few moments until our tears come easily to an end. We relax with each other, reflecting on the experience and contemplating it.
Experiences like this ripen inside each of us differently. We process such events first by reliving them, then integrating them into our larger life experience, and then looking consciously for the learning and wisdom in them. This could also be described as being present to the emotion of the experience until clarity is received, then looking for a deeper understanding of what was communicated/received/learned.
The process is both mental and emotional; it begins when emotions have been recognized and allowed to be present until they reveal their lessons and become clear in the heart. When understanding is found, there is an exploration of whether the experience and the understanding have value for other people and are to be shared. Finally there is a new increment of comprehension in both heart and head. This is wisdom.
Each of us acquires individual wisdom. Some of it is shared with others, some is to be kept private until the time comes to share it, and some is only for ourselves.
Lifespan in Lemuria
This sparks another Wes question: “What is the normal lifespan of your people?”
“Someone who dies at 350 years is thought of as dying young. Someone who is ‘old’ would have 800 years.”
“What are some of the common ways in which people die?”
“Some of it is ‘I’m done,’ in which case they move out of their body and allow the body to stop functioning. There are accidents as well. Sometimes people will become too adventurous. There are those who want to push their bodies through extreme situations, and they occasionally meet with fatal accidents. Disease is known but rare. Our bodies, like other human bodies, have built into them an aging process. For some, the aging process leads to death earlier than for others.”
“Can people use their healing powers to prolong life?”
“That is rare. It is not encouraged. We accept the transition that you call death readily. Grieving is easy and brief. We mark death most often simply with an acknowledgement. When we come together with others who have known that person, we share our memories, celebrations, and grieving. In general we don’t have ceremonial gatherings for that purpose.”
“How much of the planet is occupied by your people?”
I see an image of a large land mass covering much of what is now the Pacific Ocean. The Lemurian people occupy all of that land mass and the western edge of South America. It does not look like modern South America. …The answer to this question becomes indistinct.
I tell Keth that my body has to pee. I pause the recording, intending to return to Lemuria afterward, but I return fully to physical consciousness as Wes and elect not to attempt to resume the session.
______
Afterword
Alu-Na’s words, “Look for me… Look for me. Look hard for me!” have haunted me for the six days since this journey. What does that mean, “Look hard for me!”?
Today I walked outside and those words came to mind. I looked at the pebbles in the concrete of the driveway and at the leaves on the shrub beside the driveway, searching for Alu-Na. I saw something in them and recognized her presence. I began to understand that Alu-Na is about love more than anything else we can comprehend in Third Density. Love is the fundamental quality of the energy that is the substrate of All That Is.
In this moment my understanding is that I am to look hard for the love in all that is around me. It will be easy with rocks and shrubs, and so much more difficult with humans! I will need to look hard sometimes to see her in humans. I will also need to look hard to see her in myself. This exploration is not complete.

Lessons of the Journey
1. Perception is not consensus reality
At various times this journey demonstrates that perception can be valid even when it is not shared or socially affirmed. The man on the street, seen as unstable by others, is perceiving something real to Keth’ eyes. Keth’s role is not to correct or control his perception, but to affirm it. Truth may be different from collective agreement, and awareness of other layers of reality may have a cost; being validated is important.
2. Love is a foundational force
Love is portrayed not as emotion alone, but as a fundamental energetic substrate to existence itself. Alu-Na’s presence demonstrates that love is both gentle and immensely powerful, capable of sustaining consciousness and connection across dimensions.
4. The body is a vessel of power
The chakra system and flow of prana are not abstractions but experiential and practically applicable realities.
5. Wisdom arises from integrated experience
The experience with Alu-Na emphasizes integration over information. Later, the shared weeping among Keth and his companions reflects an emotional intelligence that processes experience through feeling rather than suppression. Emotion is not weakness; it is a pathway to clarity and shared meaning. Wisdom arises not simply from acquiring insight, but from allowing experience to move through emotion, reflection, and embodiment.
9. Love is to be sought actively
Alu-Na’s admonition to “Look for me” is not metaphorical, it is a practice. Love is present everywhere; perceiving it requires attention, patience, and willingness. Seeing love in others, and in oneself, is a discipline.
