Telepathic transparency in creativity, love, consent, and responsibility; reciprocal contact with the 21st Century

Introduction
This series is a progressive account of my Past Life regressions to Lemuria. These journeys unfolded as vivid, participatory experiences in the consciousness of a man named Keth. I recommend the background presented in Episode #1 as a starting point. That post is here.
A summary is attached at the end of the full narrative.
I made it a practice to review the oral recordings of these journeys shortly after returning to physical awareness, with the transcript in front of me. This allowed me to unpack and document insights and details that moved too quickly to capture at the time. My later observations and insights are italicized and enclosed in square brackets.
I use my name, Wes, to indicate when the narrative is Wes’s thoughts rather than Keth’s experience.
Entering the Life of Keth
I’m still Wes: I’ve done the steps of entering the deep meditative state and followed my usual route to this past life. Now I reach out to Keth, into that lifetime. I walk forward. The light becomes bright and I step out into… somewhere. For a brief moment I feel separate, then I recognize that I have entered that life and I’m integrated with Keth.
It’s odd to have the sense that Keth is welcoming me. That isn’t the right way to perceive it; it’s not accurate. It feels like he’s been waiting for me, although I know that that is not what he does. I realize that when I merge with him, whatever he’s doing at that moment is perfectly aligned with his life as well as my need for learning.
The Soul as a Unified Field
I am Keth; I am living as Keth. Most of the time Wes feels far away, even when he is visiting.
Some of the shifts I make in terms of time and events are initiated by the rational self of Wes. His thoughts penetrate the veil between 2022 and this era. The effect is that even though Wes has a sense that he is asking if I can move to a time and place significant to his lifetime, there is no sense of a request being made and responded to. It is an understanding brought by Wes — not to my consciousness, but to my essence, my self. With that, we simply make the transition to whatever experience will respond to the deeper need that Wes brings.
[Later, as I look more deeply into this description of how easily Wes and Keth communicate across thousands of years, I realize that this is simply the communication of a soul with itself. We leave a holographic piece of our essence in the Realm of Souls when we enter a physical incarnation. In that realm a soul can move to any point in what humans know as time or space without effort or limitation. In a real sense, then, my intention or questions in 2022 are present in Keth’s being as well.
Keth has been aware of this in his time since I have been visiting. The initial contact with him was a result of my explicit intention to revisit a lifetime when my chakras were awakened and balanced.]
A Brief Note about Institutions
You have recorded a question about our institutions. This word is fraught with misinterpretation and various levels of meaning in your culture. We have what you might think of as professional guilds. We have no hierarchically authoritarian institutions of any kind.
Interruption and Re-entry
Wes: Someone is at the door. I’m going to check and see if I need to go to the door… (about four minutes later) OK, that’s taken care of. I just need to make sure that I can reenter the contact… (I do the centering breath again).
Wes: Not quite there yet. I’m just going to be with this and see if I can help the transition back into Keth to take hold.
[This was a valuable interruption. I had been wondering whether it would be possible to enter the Keth lifetime more quickly than I have been doing, perhaps eventually experiencing both lives simultaneously while in Wes consciousness. This incident suggests that I am progressing toward that.]
An Intimate Circle: Keth’s Companions
The image is becoming clearer. Keth is walking; I am walking.
I meet with a group of friends. One of them is my wife. Retha: R-E-T-H-A [Ray-thah].
These are people with whom I have shared some experiences when Wes is in my consciousness. They are intrigued. They are also cautious because I have shown them some of the painful aspects of our meetings. They love me deeply and they are sending that to me now, for Wes to experience.
[For a moment I am overwhelmed by the beauty, purity, and strength of the love that washes through Keth from them. I understand they are concerned for him as well.]
Wes: I have never experienced love like this with another human being, let alone several people. The difference is the telepathic aspect, which makes the transmission of any thought or feeling much clearer. I think of experiences I have had in a group of people who were singing together, when there was a beautiful energy uniting us. Even in those situations, we were separate in a way that this group of Lemurians does not know.
Sexuality, Consent, and Connection
Wes has brought forward a question about sexual relationships that he wrote before entering the meditation.
We are free to experiment in whatever ways we wish with our sexual relationships. In doing so we are free of the constraints offered by your laws and religions. We also have a full range of levels of interest in sex, and a full range of gender combinations. Like you, some of us are more inclined to experimentation than others.
The nature of our sexual relationships spans the spectrum of what you know and more. [Here Keth reminds me that his people and my people are both human, with very similar human attributes.] Sexual experience is a way of connecting with others at a level that is not available through any other means.
This is always by mutual consent.
[As he was holding this thought while aware of the ideas in my mind, Keth attempted briefly to imagine what sex without mutual consent would be like, and failed. It was not possible for him to imagine the degree of separation, of being completely insensitive to another, that would be required.]
We engage in group sex, as you have experienced. The scene that comes to your mind from the “Sense8” episode where some of the Sensates experienced collective sex is the most similar experience I can find in your mind.
Like you in some measure, and unlike you in another way, we also respect people’s inclinations to be strongly oriented toward sexual experience or not oriented toward it at all. Most of us, unless we favor non-binary relationships, eventually find relationships which are for the most part monogamous. When we choose, particularly with intimate friends, we enjoy having sex in a group. The connection among us is enhanced by this. We usually do it in a group of people that is limited in number, rarely more than twenty.
[Keth’s group of intimate friends comprises six people, including his wife.]
Telepathic Unity and the Pain of Separation
We are trying to come to an experiential appreciation of the degree to which you are separated from each other, and the impact of such separation. We cannot. This thought brings us sadness.
I see in your mind a question about how I/we might assist you, Wes, in bringing this to your people. How would you bring the notion of living as a shared consciousness in water to someone who only knows isolation in a desert?
[There is a discussion among them that is too fast for me to follow. It feels like a fluid exchange among all of them, in all directions at once, as though they share a field of communication within which all feelings and thinking fill the entire field instantaneously. These few seconds include a wide range of both emotions and thoughts, from speculative thoughts offered for consideration to clear shared conclusions. Emotional aspects are as carefully considered as the rational; this makes a particular impression on me because I am accustomed to emotion being processed much more slowly than thought, and often impeding clear decision making.]
We have some who do not develop, just as you do. They are included with great love and compassion by those of us more fortunate.
I see that in your society it is the norm for people to live with a heart chakra that is blocked to a greater or lesser degree. This is unimaginable. I have been sharing this with my friends as we explore this topic. It is painful for them to receive the understanding you have given to me, of how few people in your world have an open [and balanced] heart chakra.
How Might We Assist You?
We are discussing among ourselves how we might assist you to help your world in this matter. The image of meditation and contemplation returns.
[Keth is in telepathic communication with his friends at this point. He speaks to me as “you” when doing so. I am acutely aware that I have been excluded from full participation in his consciousness at this moment. I am surprised by how painful this is for me, this exclusion from the richness of their experience and the effortless depth of their mutual sharing.]
We understand that the principle of respect for free will by which we live must be honored in your lives as well. It is not pleasant for us to imagine the impact of so little awakening in your society, yet we understand that it is necessary because of the time in which you live. We feel fortunate and grateful that those who placed us here saw fit in their wisdom to give us these capabilities in the measure and with the essence/nature we enjoy.
We are curious about why you have been allowed to come here. Our understanding is that this is an opportunity.
You pose a question about bringing others here. We examine the implications of this in terms of the potential for growth and learning in your people. We also see the possibility of more messengers from your time bringing valuable understandings back.
At the same time, we are deeply concerned about the effect that this might have on us because of the pain that your being here has caused for me; yet in this group we see — we believe — that we have the capability of being with what you bring to us, and finding healing or wisdom that will enable us not to have to turn away from you because of the pain and danger to us. That will require buffering your experiences, particularly if we are to include more of us in the sharing.
There is an absolute need not to allow the impact of what you have brought, and what others from your time would bring, to affect our entire society. Yes, you can think of it as a quarantine. Yes, the analogy of our refusal to engage with those of Orion is a good parallel, although we need you to have a clear understanding that the relationship we decline to have with them is vastly different from our relationship with you. This is because you and I are the same soul.
You recorded a question about whether chakra development carries over from one lifetime to the next.
The understanding that I am given, that you are also receiving, is that it does. [Another entity speaks through Keth:]
“This is constrained, like many other learnings and understandings, by the Veil of Forgetting, the need to forget what has been learned when incarnating. However, the gifts that a soul has acquired will show. If they are denied, or if the soul is seduced [away from its purpose in the incarnation] by the attractions of the ego, the existence can be extremely painful and the power of the chakras can be distorted.
Such distortion is rare if development includes the heart, throat, or pineal chakras. So we encourage you to pay attention not only to [all of] your own chakras but also to the development of the awakening, balancing, and integration of the chakras in others.”
Contact with Q’uo, and Expanding Implications
We hear a message from one whom we do not know well, who identifies itself as Q’uo. Q’uo advises us that it/they will assist you — as they have assisted us!
This is a startling revelation! We, my brothers and sisters in this group, are astonished by what we have just received. As these concepts flow among us and we experience our emotional reactions, and as our understandings deepen, we see that this is to be celebrated with much love and gratitude. We also understand, though this needs further ripening, that there is a powerful connection here between us and you and your people in 2022. We do not know how this will develop, yet among the six of us there is a joyful anticipation of the power of it.
[The “powerful connection” Keth refers to is the new awareness (new to both 20th/21st century humans and Keth’s people) of the Law of One channelings through LLResearch as well as my own experiences of direct contact with Q’uo. The implications of this are staggering. I will explore them with Keth and with Q’uo.]
Evolution: Technology and Consciousness
Like you, we wonder whether this will change the course of our history. We do not know. One of the limitations of our lack of curiosity, of our ability to live unquestioningly in the moment, is that we are not impatient about our own evolution. We do understand that our metaphysical evolution, and our evolution in spirit and thought and wisdom as individuals, is to be pursued and explored. We also know, however, that the evolution of our technology must remain aligned with our spiritual evolution.
You have taught us immensely about the destructive capabilities of technological and power-oriented development. We believe that our telepathic capabilities have been fundamentally important in avoiding that. We do not expect, but we can hope, perhaps even anticipate, that development of these capabilities among your people can influence how you prepare for what is to come in your world.
Artistic Expression as a Way of Life
You have placed in my mind another question which is a welcome change of orientation for our thoughts and our hearts: what kind of artistic expression do we enjoy? Our group of six experiences confusion, then amusement, and we laugh together about the idea that artistic endeavor is something different from daily life, from our mundane activities. We find artistry in everything we do, whether it is preparing a meal, bathing a child, having sex, building a functional structure, or creating an air painting of light and music and motion together. When I swing through the trees, I am an artist.
Our appreciation of this very sensory aspect of life is universal. I see this in you as well, not in your people, but in you as an individual. You do not do this all the time, but when you are present to the moment and to your own nature it is natural and easy.
Relaxing Beside a Lemurian Lake
… I am now with my group beside a beautiful lake. We love water — though not to swim in it, as you know. We love the motion of it. We love, as you have learned to do, sunlight on sparkling water as a stream of information. We love simply taking that in.
… Now we are seated in a semicircle on a deck overlooking the lake. I see in your mind a memory from a dinner overlooking Lake Chapala, and notice how similar these memories are in their possibility. We, like you, are enjoying a good drink and our own company. I am doubly enjoying the drink because of the way it touches you as well (as Wes, I am thinking the bubbles are so soft and the drink is so light and refreshing and at the same time buttery — the flavors chase each other around in my mouth. Even holding the glass is a wonderful tactile enjoyment. This is a combination of awareness among First, Second, and Third Density that is superbly unified, exquisitely beautiful, and pleasureful in a totally sensory way. We have nothing like this in my era).
Telepathic Boundaries and Shared Space
[During these exchanges there has been a question in my mind about how it is that Keth’s people appear to be able to restrict or open their telepathic communication at will. As I revisit this whole experience to explore this question, I understand that they can be completely alone in their thoughts, open their minds and emotions to one or more people, or be completely open to all around them. Any openness to others is mutual unless only one party chooses to transmit thoughts and emotions.
In almost all cases the exchange is mutual, even in situations such as Keth’s work when he is giving instructions to others; it is considered disrespectful not to allow full mutual exchange. This applies to all communications, from intimate personal interactions to large groups.
When I look deeply at how they can choose whether to be open to only themselves, a small number of others, or fully open, I see in my mind a space that is created and occupied by the participants in the exchange but is bounded in some fashion that does not allow others to be present. This enables them to have solitude when desired, as well as privacy within an intimate relationship or smaller group.
The development of telepathic capabilities requires activation and balancing of the chakras. Keth and his friends have some degree of activation of all of their chakras, with balancing. Full telepathic capability cannot be developed if the heart chakra is closed/blocked. This is an exciting affirmation! This is why I was first guided to this particular past life.]
Returning Souls, Reciprocity, and Possibility
The Lemurians ask if it is possible to have their own souls return (from the 21st century, if they are incarnated then) and have the kind of experience that Keth and Wes have shared.
Wes: I don’t know how to initiate an attraction or a request from Keth’s companions to their 21st century souls to return to this life in Lemuria… but all things are possible.
I ask my companions if there is anything further they wish to know or offer. They feel a need to reflect on what we have communicated. They are willing to continue to work with us, with Vern… I hear — I feel — the real name now of your soul, of our soul, of my soul.
Thank you, my Self. Until next time.
Lessons of the Journey
When I step back from this journey, I see certain moments where my assumptions shifted, where something in me recalibrated. Some of what follows arises from my experience, some from observing later the implications of that experience for our present world.
1. An open heart is a prerequisite to a balanced life
Without an open heart, out intellectual capacities become distorted rather than becoming mature.
When I look at my own culture, I recognize a pattern: we develop tools faster than we develop wisdom. The imbalance we experience is not from ignorance, but from advancement without integration of mind and heart.
2. Love with telepathy is categorically different
The love I feel in Lemuria is not only more intense, it is also different. Keth does not send or receive love, he experiences it as a shared space with no sense of distance between him and others.
Returning to ordinary human interaction in the 21st century, I feel how separated we are. When I experience moments of real presence, when I release my defenses and am open, I feel a deep echo of that other way of being.
3. Consent is not a rule but a fundamental consequence of telepathic intimacy
In a culture built on telepathic transparency, sexual violation is inconceivable. In Lemuria, consent was not enforced because it did not need to be. If I can feel you and you can feel me, coercion is not possible.
In the modern world, we create rules to compensate for our disconnection. We rely on such formal protections precisely because we are separate and our inner experience can be shared only in a limited fashion.
4. Free will must be honored even when suffering is visible and preventable
I feel this tension directly through Keth. The Lemurians see the pain in my world, yet they refuse to intervene. They will not rescue us at the cost of our freedom.
In my modern world, we are conditioned to deal with the problems of others by intervening and imposing solutions. When we try to fix others, particularly without their invitation, we disempower them because we interrupt something necessary for their development.
5. Technological restraint is achieved by consciousness, not by regulation
Their restraint comes from awareness. Because the impact of action is perceived directly through telepathy, destructive capacities or actions have no appeal.
In my world, consequences often appear far away geographically, politically, and temporally. This distance makes harm easier to justify or ignore.
6. Art is the natural expression of presence
Daily life there is creative by default. The esthetic aspect is seen in every activity.
Here, when I slow down and bring my full attention to something simple, presence itself feels generative.
7. Contact across incarnations carries responsibility on both sides
This experience is not mere entertainment. It is altering me, and it affects the Lemurians as well. The exchange is reciprocal and not without cost.
For our time, this suggests that spiritual exploration requires steadiness rather than novelty-seeking. Depth increases responsibility. What is remembered or uncovered must be integrated carefully.
The enduring impression is not that our world has failed, but that it is unevenly developed; highly capable, yet often insufficiently integrated. The question for our time is not whether another model can be replicated, but whether greater coherence can be cultivated within the conditions we inhabit.
Summary
I re-enter the lifetime of Keth in ancient Lemuria and feel the familiar shift: at first a brief sense of separation, then full integration. I am not visiting him — I am him. My identity as Wes recedes into the background, though his questions and intentions still arrive, not as requests but as understandings that simply move us to the experience that is needed. I realize that this is the soul communicating with itself across time.
We speak of institutions. They have none that are hierarchical or authoritarian — only guild-like structures based on skill and contribution.
A brief interruption pulls me out of the journey to answer the door. When I return, I notice how quickly I can re-enter Keth’s awareness. This suggests that I’m making progress toward holding both lives at once.
I walk with Keth and meet his intimate circle of six, including his wife, Retha. They know about Wes’s presence and feel both curiosity and concern because of the pain Keth has absorbed from my experiences. Their love is overwhelming — far beyond anything I have known among humans — because it is telepathic and fully shared. They struggle to comprehend the level of separation humans live with, and it brings them sadness.
Some of Wes’s questions are conceptual rather than experiential. One concerns sexuality among Keth’s people. Sexual relationships are entirely consensual, telepathic, and free of religious or legal constraint. They include a full range of orientations, group intimacy, and even rare experiences with Second Density beings, always grounded in mutual consent. The idea of non-consensual sexual contact is literally unimaginable to Keth. Sexuality here is a profound mode of connection, not a problem to be managed.
We discuss how they might help my world. Meditation and contemplation arise again as valuable practices. They hold firmly that free will must be honored, even though the lack of heart-chakra activation on Earth is painful for them to witness. They consider whether others from my time might come to their time as well, weighing the potential benefit against the harm it could cause them. They conclude that some form of containment or quarantine is necessary, not out of rejection, but care.
I ask whether chakra development carries across lifetimes. The answer is yes, though it is always filtered through the Veil of Forgetting. The gifts remain, but distortion is possible during an incarnation if development excludes the heart chakra.
A being known as Q’uo enters as a shared presence, offering assistance. This astonishes Keth’s group and fills them with joy and anticipation. They sense a powerful, unfolding connection between our peoples, though they do not know where it will lead.
We speak of technology, art, and daily life. Artistic expression is not separate from living; everything they do is art. Sensory experience such as light on water, taste, touch is information, pleasure, and communion all at once. Sitting together by a lake, sharing a drink, I feel through Keth how unified awareness across the Densities can be.
As we close, they ask whether their own future incarnations might return as I have. I tell them it is possible, though uncertain. We end simply: “Thank you, my Self. Until next time.”
