INTRODUCTION

This series describes a past life I have visited more than twenty times, where I was a Lemurian man named Keth. I have recorded these experiences as guidance for my own growth, to remind all of us of what is possible as humans, and to affirm and encourage you in your own explorations of realms beyond the physical.

I returned from every journey feeling affirmed, expanded, and awestruck. What I learned was beyond anything I could have conceived of. The most inspiring realization was that what I experienced in Lemuria is possible now, in the 21st century.

I narrated and recorded these journeys while in trance, created the transcript, then reviewed the recordings to edit and amplify the transcript. This has enabled me to explore and document aspects of the journey that moved and changed too quickly to describe fully at the time. The result is a deeper and more complete description of the events, perceptions, and learnings of these journeys.

If you haven’t read the back story of these past life journeys presented in Part 1, I recommend that you do so. The Medium article describing that first journey is here.

The Recording Begins

It’s June 21, 2022, about 10 AM. I have recorded two questions in my journal which I will take to Lemuria.

First, is there a way Keth and his people could help me and others (of which #1 would be my partner Monica) to become telepathic and telempathic? If so, would they help me to do that?

Second, in a recent meditation I played with time. I will invite Keth into my mind to see what I did and ask whether their understanding of time accords with my experience.

I just had the thought that they do use it, for creating beauty and a form of art of which we have no understanding in 2022.

Having said that, I’m going to move into the meditation.

Stillness breath. Centering breath. Rising up… continuing up… Reminding myself that intent of this journey is to visit Lemuria. …at the veil in the Cathedral of Light. Seeing the opening. Stepping into it and counting 10, 9, 8… getting dark. 7, 6… completely dark. 5… the transition. 4… getting lighter. Noticing that the call of a crow outside my window feels very far away, as if from another dimension 3… lighter still. 2, and …1.

My mind notes that this is the fastest transition to date: two minutes and 15 seconds from here to Lemuria.

Returning to Keth

I am Keth. I’m standing in an environment that is very similar to where we first met. I am guiding some work. There are two images that Wes picks up. One of them is from the time when we first met. The second one is a different type of work or different environment of work, where a canal is being… “perfected” is the word that comes his mind. It is in the later stages of construction. Its purpose is recreational, aesthetic, and functional.

(Wes narrates) I move ahead in time now, to a location where Keth and I can have a conversation. It is just the two of us. Keth is very comfortable here.

(Keth again) I am very comfortable here. I created this place. My wife designed it, and I have guided the creation of it. It is not our home, although it is a place that we both enjoy, partly because we feel that we succeeded in a cooperative effort to create something of great beauty. I acknowledge in response to Wes that I have a taste for lines. There are a lot of straight lines here and in the work I was doing when he first came. I used more curved lines here because that is the nature of water.

We move at Wes’s request to where there is a lot of vegetation. The planar surfaces give way to grass and contours, and relative wildness. We sit down on the grass. [Wes’s impression is that either there are chairs disguised as conformations of the land, or the land conforms itself to our bodies.]

This is a beautiful environment. When I turn my eyes outward I see slopes and a valley that looks across to a region that reminds Wes of vineyards on the slopes of hills in British Columbia and Mexico.

An Unexpected Obstacle, a New Approach

I notice that Wes has some deep questions. I read him and respond to the one that is uppermost. I say, “I cannot answer your question about helping you to become telepathic. This is a big endeavor, a big request.”

… Alletha is now part of my consciousness. I have reached out to her and asked her for a conversation. She would be willing to try to work directly with Wes. The challenge is that Wes does not have a physical presence here. When the nursery mothers are with babies they are working with the physical form of the baby, though at an energetic level.

Alletha considers trying to work with Wes through Keth’s body, but this is beyond what she is prepared to do because of the impact it might have on Keth’s physical being. She asks some of her fellow instructors to join the conversation. They agree with her about not trying to work with Wes through Keth in this way.

They attempt to separate the consciousness of Wes from the consciousness of Keth so they can work directly with Wes. This breaks the contact between them and Wes because Wes relies on Keth’s telepathic capability to connect with them. They see the irony in this, that in order to try to teach Wes telepathy they have put him into a disconnected state where he is incapable of experiencing it.

Among themselves they come up with the idea of offering Wes some techniques that he can use within his own body in his own time. There’s an image in Keth’s mind of them doing the work that was described in the previous session, using their physical hands in a way that makes their hands a metaphor for the work they’re doing energetically as they work with a baby.

At this point the nursery mothers and instructors include Keth in their work as an observer, knowing that Wes will have the same experience that Keth does.

[The remainder of this narrative is from Wes’s point of view.}

This is expanding from what it was before. We [Keth and I, through Keth’s telepathic connection] see them working with the chakras of the babies in a way that I know from my shamanic training as energy massage. Their hands are energetically within the body of the baby. The analogy of a potter using his or her fingers to move clay comes to mind — they move energy the same way. The analogy is crude because the density of clay and the density of the energy they are working with are very different.

Awakening the Red Root Chakra

I see an image of one of them working on the root chakra of a baby. Energy is being drawn up from below into the root, the red chakra. That energy comes through three chakras located below the root chakra, outside the body. It coalesces from a vast reservoir in much the same way as when I use shamanic techniques to gather Force energy, the nonphysical energy associated with all of physical existence. Keth is pleased that I understand the principles of what is happening.

The energy is drawn in upward from below the feet, through the lowest of the three external chakras, and then up through the next two, at the feet and the knees. It moves up into the red chakra, and the nursery mothers move it more deliberately from there. I have the odd feeling that they are “squeezing” the energy to move it. They ensure that the root chakra is activated in a really sweet way.

My body can feel this. They are delighted with that. [They were not expecting me to be any more than an observer, through Keth. My physical body is experiencing in 2022 some of the same effects as the babies that they are working with in Lemuria, thousands of years away. This is a positive sign.]

This is a newborn baby that they are working with — actually, it’s a number of babies, and one endeavor. All of them, working separately on different babies, work as one unit. The effect of that is that the love of each of the nursery mothers contributes to a field they all create, participate in, draw from, and maintain. Any disharmonious experiences, attitudes, or emotions any one of them feels are washed away, prevented from having any effect on the work by the power of the field that all of them generate together.

The Orange Sacral Chakra

The next phase, after the sweetness of the red center, is to move the energy into the orange center. I can feel this. The energy is brightening in me. It feels like a fire in my belly. The mothers note this with delight. They seem unconcerned by the strength of the fire, and remind me that this is only my sense of it, that I am to avoid allowing the image to manifest any of the destructive aspects of fire — destructive for the human body, not for the chakras. They have worked with these ideas for many hundreds of years, refining their process to where the orange ray chakra is very bright and spinning much faster than I have observed it to do.

The red and the orange chakras are now strongly connected. There appears to be potential for fusion, but also the feeling that fusion would be premature at this moment. I do not understand the full meaning of this.

Alletha and the nursery mothers are allowing all this to come to my consciousness, and they observe carefully my experience and response to what they are doing.

The Yellow Solar Plexus Chakra

Now they reach back down and bring more energy into the red, then the orange, and gently and clearly up to the yellow ray center [chakra]. I feel this in my solar plexus, below the end of my sternum. In the babies, there is again that sense of energy being massaged, almost squeezing, in the way one might squeeze another human’s arm with great affection.

The yellow chakra, in me and possibly also in the babies, requires more delicate treatment, almost persuasion. — No, this is about me, not the babies.

[At this point I was well connected — always through Keth — with the nursery mothers and what they were doing with the babies, and was better able to distinguish my own experience from that of the babies. I also understood that my own yellow chakra needs more gentle energetic work than what the babies are capable of sustaining. However, it would not have been appropriate to ask the nursery mothers to stop working with the babies in order to provide me with what I needed. As a result, there is more work needed with my yellow chakra. It may be necessary for me to do this on my own, or I may be able to request assistance with it when I return to Lemuria.]

The Green Heart Chakra — the First Great Goal

Something just happened… We’ve moved from the yellow chakra to the green, the heart. There is a warmth here. In this group of nursery mothers and instructors there is the feeling that this is the first great goal, that activating and balancing the three chakras below the body and the first three within — red, orange and yellow — is preparatory work for this.

The green is a powerful chakra. As I sense into their intention and observe what they are doing, I see that they are not familiar with an idea that is important to my understanding: the first need is for activation of self-acceptance within the heart — unconditionally loving one’s own self — and then proceeding to loving all that is outside of oneself.

Loving oneself is effortless for babies, but not for the adult me, so we work with that resistance for a bit, until it is simply overwhelmed by love in the green ray chakra.

The level of energy is still expanding. The nursery mothers are still bringing in a lot of energy. The babies are responding to it. I acknowledge my own hunger for love of this nature. The Lemurians are helping me to be open to it. They draw their energy from the Source, and it comes up to the heart through three external and three internal chakras. They are encouraging me to do the same. And it happens.

The Contrast Between Two Worlds

There is an understanding in all of the participants that in my time, in the circumstances my body has experienced, there is a need to do this process more often, continuously when possible, in a fashion that is much more deliberate than what will be necessary in these babies’ future in Lemuria. Once those capabilities of the heart chakra are activated in Lemurian babies, they will not be exposed the experience or the disharmonious effects that would tend to close that chakra down.

What exists in 2022 is the opposite of what I see in Lemuria. Their life experience is designed to keep that chakra open and reinforce its being open rather than the closing of the heart that is so prevalent in the modern version of Earth. They advise me that “This will be possibly your greatest challenge. We can help you with this. When you turn your attention to us, we can offer you this quickly again.”

I understand that this is vital to what I wish to accomplish in my life.

A New Understanding

There appears to be an inconsistency at this point between the image I have and the understanding in Lemuria of the next step. But hat is not a valid impression; my mind misinterpreted what the Lemurian experience is. I had assumed that they continued to bring energy up through the chakras, and that is different from my approach, which is to bring energy down from sources above the crown to the pineal and throat chakras, and then to the heart.

Through Keth’s consciousness and his experience, I can now describe what the Lemurian nursery mothers do with greater clarity and completeness.

The energy itself reaches out, and with the help of the nursery mothers the energy of the heart chakra reaches upward as far as the throat. I see that the relationship between the throat and the heart is different from the relationship among the lower four chakras. The heart is a central point.

The nursery mothers have opened the gateways, the channel, the tube through the three external chakras up through the four chakras within the body: red, orange, yellow, and green. Then they open that up as well to the blue throat chakra.

The tube from the lowest of the external chakras all the way up to the heart is straight. Then there is an angle in it to the throat. The angle comes forward rather than being straight up and enclosing the spine.

This bend may be a confusion or an image in my mind. They don’t have that impression. We agree just to allow that image to be for the moment.

The Higher Chakras

Now other energy needs to be brought down, through the higher chakras. These chakras are more important to this process. I can see three chakras above the head. One appears to be quite distant. The other two are closer, within a few feet. Within the body are two more, the violet or crown chakra and the indigo gateway or third eye chakra.

Now I see an image of a tube. Initially it’s large enough to encompass my physical body, at least three feet [one metre] in diameter. The image varies quickly: in one moment I see it as about eight inches in diameter, in another three feet, and then nine or fifteen feet. It can become quite large. That image applies to both the upward and downward flow of energy.

The downward-flowing energy is interesting. It can flow through the larger tube, but there is a particular quality to energy that comes down directly through the crown. It feels for a moment like the top of my head is open, as though I have no skull over a considerable part of the top of my head, and then a sensation of weight in my nasal area and going back inside my head. These sensations are all in my physical body.

[At this point there is a pause of about two minutes]

I’ve been having extraneous thoughts for a few moments, punctuated by the sounds of a hammer outside the window.

[Another pause of a minute or so.]

I’m back with the chakra activation now. I turn my attention away from what’s going on with my body and identity to the experience of the nursery mothers and the babies they are working with.

Closing the Instruction Session

The nursery mothers and Alletha observe that I am having difficulty staying with them. They are requesting that we end this contact for now, with a suggestion that I work with this in my own time and body, and return with whatever progress I have made so they can then devote more time and energy to my request. Very gently, they say that they have to return their attention to their work. With that all but Alletha disappear from Keth’s consciousness.

Keth, with my consciousness present in him and therefore also in Alletha, thanks Alletha for her generous inclusion of me in this experience, and her willingness to teach. She acknowledges that the understanding of the time of 2022 she has received through Wes motivates her to do what she can to help humanity through him. She fades… She’s gone. It’s just Keth and me.

Keth’s Reflection

Keth acknowledges some grief, a lack of peace, about Wes’s experience of being human in 2022. He wants to acknowledge that in doing what we did in the earlier part of this meditation, bringing the energy up into my lower four chakras and then my fifth chakra, he felt sadness for us because so few humans have been given the gift of being awakened in this way, in the fashion that for Lemurians is taken for granted as part of their welcome into physical life. Keth feels a need for his own healing of this grief.

He says he is aware of my question about time, but is feeling that this is not the moment to address that. His thought is: “My self, my brother, I ask you to work with the gifts that you have taken in with such willingness in this session. You are stronger than we are in some ways. You have been toughened by experiences that are foreign to us, and we are not ready for what you bring to us.

“So let us get together again soon. I acknowledge my gratitude and my pain in this session today as I reflect on what we take for granted that is so lacking in almost all of your human population.

“I also invite you to reach out to me from your daily consciousness. I sense that you have an intent to learn how to do that, in order to facilitate bringing these understandings to your people in what you call ‘real time.’ As an aside, I would note that the phrase ‘real time’ is ironic and rather amusing, and saddening at the same time.

“I am reluctant to end this conversation, but it is a good idea to leave some of what we need to discuss on the table, so to speak, and allow our own ripening of the experiences we have had before we come together again.

“As I said, I hope this will be soon. For now, my brother, my self, I ask that you take the initiative to withdraw from this place, take with you as a gift our experience here, and remember all that you find here that is good.”

Returning

I withdraw from the connection with Keth. I find myself at the tunnel. I go back through the tunnel, and as I move toward ordinary consciousness I see and feel a cord that connects me directly with Keth. It is a cord of connection, not a burden or an impediment for either of us. More clearly, it does not encumber Keth with any of the pain that the circumstances of my world bring to him.

I open my eyes. I know myself now as being back in June 21, 2022, retaining the sweetness and beauty and amazing wholeness of Keth’s world.

End of the Narrative

LESSONS OF THE JOURNEY

1. Teaching Begins with Respect for Circumstances

Alletha and the nursery mothers carefully consider whether they can help me. When they recognize that my original request would have unintended consequences, they decline that approach and develop another one that works.

Relevance Today

Education, leadership, parenting, and healthcare frequently fall into the temptation to push people toward outcomes before they are ready. This experience reflects a model of teaching that respects individual readiness and adapts its methods to the learner rather than forcing the learner to fit the method.

2. The Heart Requires Care

I experience the activation of the three lower chakras as preparation for the opening of the heart.

Relevance Today

Many, probably most, modern people reach adulthood carrying emotional burdens that children were never meant to bear. Self-criticism, isolation, and chronic stress become so familiar that they seem normal. These journeys show us what a society looks like in which caring for the heart is a lifelong practice, and this visit demonstrates one aspect of how that can be accomplished.

3. Culture Shapes Human Development

The Lemurians explain that their society reinforces an open heart throughout life, while my own experience has required repeated effort to reopen capacities that have gradually become restricted.

Relevance Today

The emotional health of individuals cannot be separated from the culture in which they live. Community culture influences what is rewarded, what is discouraged, and how people learn to relate to themselves and to others. This observation invites reflection on the kinds of societies we are creating and the qualities they cultivate, in contrast to the kinds of societies we might desire. As a wise observer (possible Margaret Mead) put it, “How is it that we as a group have created a society that we as individuals abhor?”

SERIES CONTINUITY

This journey marks a significant transition in the developing relationship between Wes and Keth. Earlier encounters focused primarily on observation, conversation, and the gradual introduction to Lemurian life. Here, the emphasis shifts toward direct participation: Wes is no longer simply witnessing events in Lemuria, but becomes an experiential participant through Keth’s consciousness and, unexpectedly, through responses within his own physical body.

The chapter also expands the role of Alletha and the nursery mothers, showing them now as teachers whose approach is characterized by patience, cooperation, and discernment. The journey deepens one of the emerging themes of the series: profound questions are rarely answered through explanation alone. Instead, they become invitations into experiences that continue to unfold after the journey has ended.
