INTRODUCTION
This series describes a past life I have visited more than twenty times, when I was a Lemurian man named Keth. I have recorded these experiences as guidance for my own growth, to remind all of us of what is possible as humans, and to affirm and encourage you in your own explorations of realms beyond the physical.
I returned from every journey feeling affirmed, expanded, and awestruck. What I learned was beyond anything I could have conceived of. The most inspiring realization was that what I experienced in Lemuria is possible now, in the 21st century.
I narrated and recorded these journeys while in trance, created the transcript, then reviewed the recordings to edit and amplify the transcript. This has enabled me to explore and document aspects of the journey that moved and changed too quickly to describe fully at the time. The result is a deeper and more complete description of the events, perceptions, and learnings of these journeys.
If you haven’t read the back story of these past life journeys presented in Part 1, I recommend that you do so. The Medium article describing that first journey is here.
The Recording Begins
The date is July 4, 2022.
Stillness breath… Centering breath. In the meadow. Out of my mother’s womb. Veil at the Cathedral of Light. I’m feeling pulled into the passageway… transition… out. [Duration of this process 2:12]
Initially I feel a connection with Keth and still a strong connection with 2022… The connection with Keth is deepening as my world fades.
I have interference from my mind about what Keth’s chakras should look like…
Identifying now with Keth in the first person more clearly. When I see Keth’s surroundings my first reaction is “This is very plain.” It has more meaning for me as Keth than it does for Wes, who only sees the surface of it.
A Place That Induces Peace
We move to a park like area with water and rolling lawns, trees, some flowers. In size they resemble irises or lilies.
[Keth in front now.] At this point I’m alone. I feel unsettled with the presence of Wes. He brings with him internal conflict.
We transition to a place that induces peace, a setting where the plants in particular are physically closer. They offer peace. [The consciousness of the plants is the source of this feeling, and Keth is aware of that. This is different from what 21st-century humans experience, though the essence is the same.]
Wes brings to mind an image of his sit spot by the pond where he is surrounded by granite bedrock, moss, cattails, lily pads, and trees, as well as the richness of the second density animal and bird life, which includes mink, otters, geese, ducks, woodpeckers, and a variety of songbirds. He allows this image to bring that feeling of peace to him.
Keth and Wes both experience Wes’s sit spot in 2022. This is powerful and positive for Keth. He appreciates the wildness, the unorganized beauty, of which there is not a lot in Lemuria except at the sea.
Alletha and the Question of Wes’s Chakras
Keth: I feel the yearning in Wes for a more powerful integration of his chakras. I reach to Alletha and ask her to look at him. Wes brings forward a question about integration or activation of his pineal gland and the chakra of the indigo ray. Alletha’s first reaction is that this is beyond what she has practice in; also, Wes is an adult, so she has some reticence about including Wes in the experience that the nursery mothers allowed him into.
There’s a quick exchange among the three of us. Wes would like to be witness to more of the activation of the pineal and the opening of the crown chakra because he feels that this is an area where he is struggling, not knowing the process. Alletha and Keth are willing to do that.
There are healers who work with people whose chakras have become disrupted. This is rare and is regarded as creating serious… the healers use the word “illness.” It is serious because disruption of the chakras affects the abilities to be empathic and telepathic with others as well as the overall health of the individual.
A Collective Experience with Heart, Throat, and Pineal Chakras
Wes: They will refer me to those who can do the healing work. First, though, they will include me in a session with nursery mothers and newborns. They will start at the heart and work with heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. Even before we begin the work I can see Keth’s, and therefore my own, heart chakra as it changes colors from a deep forest green to a brilliant green with a bit of yellow in it. I allow myself to feel with Keth the rotation of that chakra, the deep self-acceptance and the blossoming of love.
With Alletha’s concurrence and encouragement we move our attention up to the throat chakra, which has that opening and closing aspect of the flowers it resembles. Energy streams out from that chakra in Keth. This occurs for me as well. Now I feel in myself a somewhat tentative reaching up towards the third eye chakra.
With Alletha’s agreement we join some of the nursery mothers she has been in contact with. In the background there are others who have the same role as Alletha. They are interested in what’s going on with Wes; this is a different experience for them. They wish to see that and potentially use what they learn in their own work.
We join a group of nursery mothers who are working with the throat chakras of a group of babies. They are not moving the energy up from lower chakras in the same way they did when they drew it up from a deep source, through chakras located outside the body. Instead, they are now using a ripened kind of energy from within the hearts of the babies. The energy from the heart is filtered by them so that only the best of it moves up to the throat.
There’s also energy flowing in from above. This energy is more subtle.
They look at my heart and throat chakras and immediately see how the unhealed wounding in my heart causes me to say things that are injurious to my relationships. They affirm my understanding that in social situations I don’t understand or don’t want to participate in, my wounding sometimes causes me to say things that push others away. I have not seen this until recently, and only in the last few days has the understanding become clear. This is perfect timing for what we are doing right now.
Keth: The nursery mothers turn their attention away from Wes, back to what they are doing. They need to be protected from the disturbance in Wes’s consciousness, coming to them through Keth, so that they can do their work. Alletha is allowing Wes to observe while she shields them from Wes’s… call it turbulence.
With these pure and beautiful babies there is almost no need to massage, modify, or supplement the energy that moves so sweetly from the heart to the throat. The babies, in only their second day after birth, are capable of expressing beauty and love. Their hearts reach up through their throats, then that same energy moves to the pineal. It’s as though the energy is filling a reservoir, and the pineal is like a tiny boat floating in that love.
[What “expressing” means here is not thought or emotion, but a state of being. The newborn babies are able to appreciate the love and beauty that constitute their environment.]
Wes: I can feel that love from my heart. This is a pure love. It is not tainted in this moment by my own wounding. I have to pay attention and make sure that doesn’t come in. I do this by looking at the love in my heart and throat rather than turning my thinking toward the injured/blocked aspect.
The sensation is warmth coming up from the center of my chest. It’s an energy that feels warm, but there’s a solidity to it that is not just warmth. It comes into my throat. It’s strong and confident. I have in my mind for a moment the image of the goblet of my meditation of yesterday [see next paragraph], where I tasted all these qualities in that liquid. The pulsing blue flower that is the throat chakra is filled with that energy. It flows upward from my throat. My nasal passages feel heavy. The liquid fills my skull under my pineal, flows up around it, and stops just outside the pineal [it stopped there because there are other things that need to happen before it enters the pineal]. I can feel it forward in my head, at the bridge of my nose and my eye sockets. Now my eyes feel heavy. It concentrates at the third eye position.
[ Here are my notes from that meditation: “There was a round silver serving tray in the air in front of me as I sat. A hand appeared, and the lower arm of a young person clothed in white placed a small glass goblet on the white paper doily at the centre of the tray. The top of the goblet was shaped like a rose bud or tulip. I couldn’t see liquid in the goblet or how it would flow out, but I put the top tip in my mouth and sipped. The liquid was slightly more viscous than water, light and sweet. The main flavour [sounding like a wine tasting here!] was expansive consciousness and understanding of the universal presence of beauty, followed by compassion, confidence, and strength. Other tones included clarity and purity of intention.”]
…For several moments while narrating this, I lost contact with the nursery mothers. I was very much in the experience of my physical body. I’m holding that experience now while also reconnecting with the nursery mothers and babies.
It is amazing that the experience of the babies is transferring across thousands of years and a different consciousness, so that Wes is having in his mature self almost the same experience as the Lemurian babies are having.
The Beginning of Telepathy
Keth: I’m interested in whether the babies are experiencing an awakening of the telepathic capability as a consequence of what is happening with them. The answer from Alletha is “This is the beginning of that process.” She tells me that awakening the pineal gland in the babies requires something the nursery mothers don’t influence: an inflow of energy through the crown chakra from above.
Wes: My skull is opening again. I offer myself to that experience. The downflowing energy comes down through a tube or a column of energy, working with the upcoming energy at the level of the third eye. There is a letting go needed, then I feel a localized sensation in my pineal.
It [awakening of the pineal] is a spark in the babies now. When I turn my attention that way there is a glimmer of light, a soft light like that of a firefly’s tail, in the pineal glands of the babies. When the nursery mothers see this they know they have succeeded. There is sorrow when I ask whether there are times when they do not succeed. They say “Yes. This is very rare.” It is part of their training to understand that this is not their doing or responsibility; these babies have chosen that path.
It is a few moments before we fully let go of that sorrow because of the commitment and compassion of the nursery mothers. They receive a lot of support when they encounter a baby whose pineal gland cannot be made luminous.
Differences as an Opportunity for Enrichment
Keth: We turn our attention back now to the work of the mothers with the babies. There are 30 or so of them. I get a quick visual scan of the babies. Their skin tones vary in the ways that I described earlier, from something like a lighter version of mine, different shades of blue, some that are like well-tanned Caucasian skin, some that are toward a bronze brown or bronze red like mine. Their features also vary.
There is more than one race of Lemurians. They admire each other. There is no envy, no distinction that would have them at different levels of acceptance or status. Because of the telepathic and empathic connection among them, the differences inspire learning and genuine appreciation. It is considered a gift and privilege to be able to be open to someone whose physical qualities, and internal qualities as well, differ from one’s own. They celebrate their differences and the opportunities for experience that those differences offer.
Alletha Works Directly with Wes
Keth: Alletha now, with my assistance, is working directly with Wes’s pineal and the process that the nursery mothers use. Alletha is one of those who heal damaged chakras.
[“Disrupted” or “blocked” would be a more accurate description than “damaged.” To the best of my knowledge, a chakra cannot actually be damaged. Limitations are more likely to have to do with a low level of awakening or a distortion of the way the chakra’s power is manifested in the entity.]
She tells Wes to continue to move energy upward to the pineal in the fashion that he has observed now and in the previous visit, and to open himself at his crown chakra and up to the Source energy that exists above. We see ourselves as being that which is created where the energy of Source below and the energy of Source above come together. This is a greatly sacred perception on our part. [There is an entire field of study devoted to this topic. Alletha does not have time to offer me more than what follows.]
Where the Energies Meet
Alletha offers us an image of a human figure about 30 feet away. Energy flows down from somewhere above. The shape of the flow is like the mouth of a trumpet. It comes to a constant diameter 15 or 20 feet above the body, then flows down into the body and meets an energy that is flowing upward from a similar shape below. The energies meet and mingle in and around the body.
The upward flowing energy doesn’t move past the crown. The downflowing energy goes a little past the root chakra, perhaps down to the feet, before it dissipates or turns. At this point I also see an image of the elongated torus within which the body exists.
[Wes: It is more accurate to say that the upward flowing energy doesn’t move past the crown in the same form it has when it enters at the feet. As it moves up through the body the nature of this energy changes in a way whose significance I don’t understand. When the upward- and downward-flowing energies blend and become part of the toroidal flow of energy, their nature changes, with the result that the energy flowing in the toroidal shape is homogeneous.]
Keth: Alletha encourages Wes to hold this image in his mind, first at the distance of 30 feet or so and then much closer, so that he is in the chakras, in the flow of energy there, with the throat chakra and the pineal in particular. At the same time he is to continue to be aware of the flow of energy up through the lower chakras, and to give renewed attention to the unblocking of those chakras. They are mostly unblocked, but there is still some distortion of the flow due to Wes’s experience as a 20th century human.
Responsibility for Healing
Alletha is reluctant to go into more detail in this description, but not because she can’t. There are two reasons. One is that to experience Wes’s life is painful for her, and it is his responsibility and privilege to do his healing with help from beings other than her. His volition and power in doing that healing is something that he needs to learn and reinforce beyond what he already knows. The second is that he has been taught how to enhance and move energy, but has turned away from this practice. Now is the time to turn back, to revisit his shamanic path and re-integrate those learnings into these concepts and knowledge.
Alletha reaches out energetically. She caresses Wes’s head internally, in the pineal gland, nurturing the awakening of his pineal gland, which now appears larger.
(Wes: I see two images simultaneously. They seem incongruous. One is of a walnut, the other the pine-cone shape of the pineal. Perhaps I’m seeing the brain with the convolutions that are somewhat reminiscent of a walnut, with the tiny pineal at its center.)
Energy Moving Through My Chakras
I (Wes) feel energy moving up from my root chakra and up through the next two chakras, caressing and unblocking them. It moves up to m heart, then it’s modified somehow to rise from there to the throat. Then up to the pineal… I feel it hold there and open my crown.
Energy from above flows over my head, then down inside my skull. There is an integration, or melding, or synergy between the downflowing and upflowing energies. Its full potential is not something I can connect with yet. There’s still more work to be done; more surrendering, more learning. I am also being told that I need to practice to work with this new muscle. When I do that I feel a fullness in my skull from just above my pineal. That sensation moves forward to my forehead and then my third eye. The sensation in the third eye is clear but not as strong. I have some getting out-of-the-way to do, allowing rather than trying to make happen. Get to the state of being; let the doing happen on its own.
Keth’s Need for Reflection
Keth: Alletha observes us as I transition from Wes’s body and physical sensations back into being Keth.
Wes: Keth feels a need for recuperation or restoration. This is a demanding experience for him, as an observer of Wes’s challenges, in understanding and working with Wes and in letting go. He is not depleted by it, but feels a desire to reflect on the experience.
With that Alletha takes her leave, with our gratitude.
Lemuria and the 21st Century: Contact in Real Time
Keth, to Wes: “I am enriched by this experience. It is new to me. It has helped me to understand and feel greater compassion for 21st-century humans. I also feel less reticence about being in contact with you. I smile. I think I am being toughened in a way that I did not know was needed or possible.
“I see in you a question, a hope, a desire for us to be able to have real-time contact from your world. I am humbled by this request, and I believe that it is possible. I would also like to be able to access some of my friends here as well as others who have capabilities like the ones you have seen, to contact the Pleiadeans, and to experience what other professions or vocations do, such as the construction workers and the nursery mothers.
“Let us work toward establishing a level of contact that is of the quality that we enjoy now, from your regular consciousness. I will do my part to be receptive to you. I believe that this is a question of practice. My perception of your capabilities is that you are more than ready and well capable of doing this with refinement of some of your techniques.
“I look forward to practicing this with you. My concern is how I can continue to prepare myself to have a stronger experience of your everyday reality, and not also feel that I need to protect myself from it.
“I am guided to know that Pleiadeans and perhaps others can help me in this because they have already been through this process. They see the realities of your world fully, with compassion and detachment, while they offer you love and guidance. I will reach out to them through our people — the ones that you met on that one amazing occasion.
The Elders of Lemuria
“We have elders. They guide us subtly. Our conscious contact with them is not strong, but we are aware of their presence. They are powerful telepathically and empathically. They keep to themselves physically. They work with each other, share with each other, in groups that are closed to our perception. We recognize the value and the importance of this for them and for us as a people. Their wisdom is highly respected by us.
“When I see what you have just offered me, the idea that you are regarded as an elder in your society in 2022, I admire what you have attained and what you show to me of others who have the number of years that we would consider to be well short of maturity, and yet who are elders in your society. We see that the state of your society is such that what you understand and what you offer there is from a place of elderhood. We acknowledge that, though it is a challenge for us to comprehend how in so few years a human being can achieve the level of wisdom that is seen as special in your society. We want to know more, but our reaction in this moment is that that speaks powerfully about the lack of maturity among you.
“I do not want to know more at this point. I see that there is another level of toughening that I need to grow into.”
The Limits of Openness
I ask Keth if it is possible for him to decline to take in the thoughts or emotions offered by another person. He says that to do so is considered offensive in most circumstances. It is a rebuff. He adds that it is essential for his own protection for him to do this with some of what Wes brings.
“I know that what you experience is normal for you, but as we have seen numerous times, it is unpleasant for us. I do not care to try to make a parallel that would be applicable in your world for the degree of contrast between what you offer as normal and what we see as normal.
“This has been a good meeting. These explorations of the chakras have been valuable to me, and I know to you as well. I am glad that you have been motivated to continue this work outside the level of consciousness that we enjoy in this moment.
“Until Next Time, My Soul”
“Wes, my brother, myself, my soul brother, we reach across many lifetimes to have this connection. I am enriched by being consciously able to share with my own self many thousands of years in the future.
“This meeting has been made possible, has been orchestrated one might say, although that word is often associated in your language with motivations that are manipulative or benefitting to oneself. In this case it has been guided and motivated by your own desire to grow and to be of service, and it has been facilitated by those who have been watching over you, and therefore also me, throughout the existence of this soul that we share.
“Continue to drink from that flower-shaped goblet.
“I sense that the needs of your body are taking you away from this meeting. I am glad that we have met. I feel that this journey has been an important one and that its capabilities, its potential, have been well explored.
“Until next time.”
I return to the physical.
End of the Narrative
LESSONS OF THE JOURNEY
1. Questions need experiences, not just answers
I enter this journey wanting to understand the reawakening/unblocking and integration of my own chakras, and to learn where telepathy originated within Keth’s physical system. I am invited into a session with Alletha, the nursery mothers, and the newborns. As I observe what happens with the babies, I experience corresponding sensations in my own chakra system.
Relevance Today
Some of our most cherished forms of understanding arise from direct experience and sustained attention rather than intellectual description. I might try to describe objectively what I saw and felt, but what I now know from this experience goes far beyond what can be measured, or explained by or to intellect. This distinction is familiar in many areas of contemporary life: understanding music differs from hearing it, reading about intimacy differs from feeling it, and knowing a theory of meditation differs from making the journey.
We contemporary Earthlings will benefit from increasing acceptance of “nonobjective” actuality as we expand our worldviews to include all manner of truth.
2. Healthy relationships include protection
As I observe the nursery mothers, my thoughts and memories become disruptive to their work., Alletha shields them from this turbulence while still allowing me to observe fully. They turn their attention back to the babies.
Later, Keth also tells me that although refusing another person’s thoughts or emotions is normally considered a rebuff in his society, he sometimes needs to protect himself from what comes through me.
Relevance Today
Openness and boundaries can be seen as being in opposition to each other. The experience in Lemuria places them alongside one another; Alletha allows contact while protecting the nursery mothers, and Keth remains connected with me while acknowledging that limits are necessary. In contemporary relationships and communities, we can learn that genuine openness does not mean limitless and indiscriminate exposure. Boundaries provide safe conditions within which meaningful contact remains possible.
3. Differences are an opportunity for learning
In this experience I learn that there is more than one Lemurian race. I perceive no hierarchy of acceptance or status associated with these differences. Instead, people admire one another for their distinctiveness, and physical and internal differences are regarded as opportunities for learning and appreciation.
Relevance Today
Twenty-first-century societies continue to use visible differences as divisive markers for status, belonging, suspicion, or exclusion. The contrasting experience in Lemuria places difference within another framework: curiosity, appreciation, and access to experiences beyond one’s own. Diversity can be a feature of community.
4. Allowing and doing are different modes of action
As I experience energy moving upward and downward within my body and chakra system, I recognize that I am still trying to make something happen, trying to be in control. I am made aware of my need for more surrender, more learning, and more practice. I understand the shift as “allowing rather than trying to make happen” and the power of moving to a state of being from which the doing can happen on its own.
Relevance Today
Contemporary mainstream life rewards deliberate effort and control. Those capacities are essential, but they are incomplete markers of human accomplishment. The response to our attempts to control outcomes may have the effect of negating the effort.
5. Wisdom and age are understood differently across cultures
Keth describes Lemurian elders who remain physically separate from much of the society while subtly guiding it. When he learns that I am regarded as an elder in my own society, he struggles to understand how someone with so few years of life can inhabit that role. He respects what I and other elders offer while interpreting the contrast as evidence of the relative immaturity of twenty-first-century society.
Relevance Today
Modern societies have an unsettled relationship with age and wisdom. Contemporary culture assigns authority through expertise, institutional position, achievement, or visibility rather than accumulated reflection. Elders’ wisdom is misunderstood and undervalued. A friend of mine once said, “We don’t honor our elders, we warehouse our seniors.”
Keth’s reaction introduces a different measure: maturity understood as something developed across an extended life of experience and integration. The contrast invites attention to what contemporary mainstream society recognizes as elderhood and what qualities it values when it seeks guidance.
SERIES CONTINUITY
This journey extends several strands already established in the Lemuria/Keth archive. The nursery mothers and their work with newborns return, and Wes progresses from observing their practices toward an analogous experience for himself. His earlier exploration of the chakras develops into a more detailed experience of energy moving through his heart, throat, pineal, and crown; Alletha also assumes a more direct role working with Wes.
The relationship between Wes and Keth changes significantly. Their connection is increasingly reciprocal: Wes experiences Lemuria through Keth, while Keth experiences more aspects of twenty-first-century life through Wes. That contact is stressful for Keth, yet his initial reticence is giving way to compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to develop the relationship deliberately. By the end of the journey, the possibility of contact between them from Wes’s ordinary consciousness has become a shared undertaking rather than Wes’s aspiration alone.
