INTRODUCTION

This series describes a past life I have visited more than twenty times, when I was a Lemurian man named Keth. I have recorded these experiences as guidance for my own growth, to remind all of us of what is possible as humans, and to affirm and encourage you in your own explorations of realms beyond the physical.

I returned from every journey feeling affirmed, expanded, and awestruck. What I learned was beyond anything I could have conceived of. The most inspiring realization was that what I experienced in Lemuria is possible now, in the 21st century.

I narrated and recorded these journeys while in trance, created the transcript, then reviewed the recordings to edit and amplify the transcript. This has enabled me to explore and document aspects of the journey that moved and changed too quickly to describe fully at the time. The result is a deeper and more complete description of the events, perceptions, and learnings of these journeys.

If you haven’t read the back story of these past life journeys presented in Part 1, I recommend that you do so. The article describing that first journey is here.

Entering the Journey

July 20, 2022

My perspective has expanded. I now find it easy to shift among three identities: Wes or Keth relating their first-person experience and impressions, and a third-person, more detached narrator.

When I (Wes) enter this life, Keth is seated in an office. He is planning a construction project. There are others in this office. He excuses himself from them.

I (Keth) let my colleagues know that I am leaving now. They understand; they know about some of my contact with Wes, within the boundaries I’ve set. Their approbation and support of me and Wes is unhesitating and unconditional. They have compassion for the pain the knowledge I am acquiring has caused me, and they offer what they can to help me move through that pain.

Walking With Keth

This is the first time Wes has had a clear experience of what walking is like for Keth. He is very loose-jointed, and thoroughly comfortable in his body. It’s almost like gliding. It reminds Wes of the runner’s high and how effortless that state was.

We walk outside. Keth knows that this is a preferable environment for Wes. The details of what Wes has been experiencing since his last visit now become telepathically available to Keth.

(Keth) I feel the confusion Wes has experienced. It may be beyond my ability to provide clear guidance, because it this so unlike my experience. The process Wes is following makes sense for him: he needs to pay attention to what Q’uo is offering as a depiction of the ways in which the energy moves and flows as well as being open to what occurs here. Perhaps Alletha can help us with this.

The Indigo Light

(Wes) Keth contacts her. While we are waiting for her to join us from an activity that she has been engaged in, I recreate in myself the sensation of fulness in my skull and a mostly smooth flow of energy from below, up through the root chakra and through orange, yellow, green, and blue to the indigo chakra. There is now an aura of indigo light around the pineal, which is still glowing with that same firefly light, but brighter. This indigo aura is new.

The light is expanding now, and I feel it filling my physical head in 2022.

Communication Across Densities

I ask Keth for his thoughts about my ability to communicate with plants. My experience of telepathic communication was first with second density plants, then animals. This later expanded to include the awareness that first density (nonliving matter) has a consciousness with which I can communicate. In third density, with humans, I have occasionally had what seemed to be accidental examples of telepathy and telempathy.

I ask if this is his experience as well. He responds that the progression I describe is almost unnoticeable for them because as they mature, they are able to communicate with all first, second, and third density beings without distinctions based on different densities.

Alletha and the Nursery Mothers

Alletha has joined us. Keth shares our recent conversation with her. She considers what wisdom might be available about the questions Wes has raised. Supervisors of nursery mothers learn their craft not by having been taught, but by being with those who are more experienced. Nursery mothers who have both the capacity and the inclination to become supervisors are telepathically and telempathically mentored toward that role.

The question for Wes becomes, is there someone, possibly here in Lemuria, who can guide him in in his 2022 exploration of awakening the chakras or whatever else is needed to achieve telepathic and telempathic communication among third density beings of his time? This question, and the idea that there might be something to do beyond awakening the chakras, sparks interest among the nursery supervisors whom Alletha has included in the conversation.

From somewhere (not Keth or Alletha) comes a recommendation that Wes devote an extended period of time, relative to what he has been doing, to the exploration of this possibility.

Surrender

The word “surrender” comes to mind again. They are considering the concept of surrender as it applies to their experience. This idea is not an impediment for any of them nearly as much as it is for Wes. This is partly his acculturation and partly his own journey. For most of them, surrender was never a question. They were always fully ready to devote themselves, to surrender themselves, to participate without reservation in the work that they do and what that requires of them.

This feels to me (Wes) like a state of mind I can learn from. In them I feel complete trust, humility, gratitude — that’s a big part of it — surrender, vulnerability, letting go of fear. No fear.

“Acknowledge and release the worst scenario that your mind is willing to offer if you surrender.”

This comes from someone whose journey has required a degree of surrender, a degree of releasing the blockages caused by fear.

[A side comment: Keth is mostly a conduit of Wes’s consciousness at this point. He is grateful for his role and the opportunity to learn.]

A Lemurian Elder

They are talking now to one of their oldest, one who is an elder for them. She participates in this work at an advanced age because her surrender is complete, and consequently the work is nearly effortless. Her life is rich as she stays in contact with the supervisors and the nursery mothers, and through them many newborn babies. This is sustaining to her. This is her purpose, reward, beauty, and fulfillment. The love among her and the others is beautiful to observe and feel.

She allows Keth, and through him Wes, to see who she is, to see her essence. She offers herself to us as an example not out of ego, but as a gift of something beautiful and whole. She accepts who she is with gratitude and humility, and with a desire to offer that state to others. Not as something she would induce in them, but as something to emulate.

I (Wes) observe her and become more comfortable with the potential of using what she offers as a template in 2022 to remember and to release myself toward.

I try to perceive her name. With a slight shake of the head, she says “It doesn’t matter to us. Our names are for your convenience. We recognize each other’s energy signatures.”

In her presence I am reminded of standing in front of a van Gogh painting at an exhibit in the asylum where he spent his last few years. While I knew in my mind that the painting was not technically “living,” there was way in which that painting was fully alive in its ability to evoke powerful emotion. This was especially true because I knew some of the story of the artist and the painting.

Wes asks whether this being, this elder, is still physically alive. The question startles Alletha.

“She is alive to me, to us. We understand that her body still functions. It is a vessel for her essence. The question is immaterial.”

The elder graciously removes herself from the consciousness of the rest of us. Among Keth, Alletha, and the others who have been quietly watching and listening there is gratitude and awe after this experience of beauty and wisdom.

Discernment and Trust; Engaging the Energy Torus

“The distractions of the outside world, both sensory and conceptual, are major impediments in 2022 [Wes doesn’t know who’s talking now, but it is clearly not any Lemurian]. The mind needs to be quieted. The stillness breath is an effective tool for this.

“Surrender, surrender, surrender, within a container of trust. Challenge with it when appropriate, because you need to have confidence when you do this that you have the degree of safety necessary to you. By that we mean that you need to have confidence in your ability to remain grounded, to exercise discernment about the communications you receive, and to defend yourself if you are attacked, however subtly or unsubtly. We can supply you with strength to do that.

“There is safety for you in your own strength and in your trust, your discerning trust, when you surrender to the flow of energy that comes up from below and down from above and combines in your toroidal structure. Notice that it is the flow of energy within your body’s chakra system that is the axis of the torus. Notice also that this axis is not merely a line.

“It [the flow of energy] also includes the possibility of awakening all of your lower six chakras. These six are part of your physical being, and as such are influenceable and useable by you through your own volition.

“The seventh (crown) chakra is a gateway. Your role with your seventh chakra is to allow it to be open with the love that you offer back to the Creator and the understanding that you are strong enough, through your surrender, to take in energy from that beautiful and loving source. That energy cannot come from anything other than that source.

“Are you willing to trust that to the point that if you were wrong, you could die?”

My answer is, “I trust it completely.” The idea of death has no grip at all. I understand that the energy they refer to is from an unconditionally loving, cosmic mother/father.

My work includes remaining grounded, using that terrestrial energy that comes from below, becoming more familiar with its source and understanding that better; exploring back down that stream of energy. Gaia is not the source of the energy [she confirms this]. The energy is too big. She does have an important role in offering it; she gives her own flavour to it for me because of the relationship I have had with her since the time I made my commitment to “serve the lady Gaia” several years ago.

Keth Reflects on the Connection

Keth has been observing this process and my dialogue with interest, patience, and compassion.

“I look forward to sharing this with my friends,” he says. ”It is an honour for me to be connected with you in this way. I would not have imagined such a connection. My life has been rich, but I see now that it has also been limited, and I am grateful to you for finding your way here.”

We walk again, to a place where somehow there are drinks waiting for us. The taste of this drink is amazing! As I sip it, if I have the thought, “There is a flavour missing” without even knowing what that flavour is, suddenly the flavour is there in the drink. The flavours are always changing. The one thing that does stay the same is the slight viscosity and effervescence.

Purpose Without Urgency

I feel a sense of urgency. A quote from David R Hawkins comes to mind: “Straight and narrow is the path. Waste no time.” With Keth, and in his telepathic contact with others here, I have never felt any sense of urgency. They feel purpose and a desire to move ahead, but without urgency.

Through Keth I express my gratitude to Alletha and all of those who have been subtle presences in my mind today.

“This has been good, my friend,” I say. “I will return when I have done more work with what I have learned today.”

Contact Beyond Meditation

I ask Keth whether he has been aware of some times that I have felt I’ve been in contact with him.

“Yes. Please continue to reach out to me from your waking life. I have been developing the capability of experiencing your world to the point where I am ready to understand it more completely. ‘Understand’ may not be the right word, because some of what you experience is incomprehensible to me and to us. It is more accurate to say I am developing the ability to see more of what exists for you in your world.

“Observing you, I see a toughness that is not known here because it is not needed. I hope that you will be able to attain the level of telepathy and empathy that we take for granted. It may require all of your toughness to withstand what I perceive you may be exposed to. In the meantime, I ask that you continue to reach out to me in your waking time, with the intention of establishing a contact as complete as what we are having right now, at your will.

“I have made a commitment to be available to you.”

In both our minds we see times when contact might not be appropriate or possible, such as a moment of intimacy or a work situation that requires full attention.

The number of people in Lemuria with whom Keth shares these experiences is growing. A few of them are open to having contacts in later times on earth. There may be some who are currently in contact with 21st-century earth through channelling.

This is a topic for further exploration. For now, it feels like the conversation is complete. And so are our drinks.

Maintaining Contact from My Ordinary Consciousness

It is an interesting experience, hugging your own self. It’s not really describable, but it feels very good.

I am feeling reluctance to leave.

This time I am not going to go back through the tunnel, my usual route back to 21st century physical consciousness. I will move directly into a waking state and try to maintain the contact.

As I open my eyes, the contact fades somewhat, but not completely. I look at a favorite painting on the wall opposite where I’m lying. It’s a small boy holding a conch shell up to his ear with a beautiful expression on his face. I see it through the eyes of Keth and feel his reaction to it. He sees in that boy the essence of the children of his time.

The boy in the painting smiles!

I will revisit this consciousness, to see the 21st century world through the eyes and consciousness of Keth.

End of the Narrative

Footnote July 27, 2022

In the week since this meditation I have occasionally invited Keth to see through my eyes. His response to the sight of a white orchid in our house was delight, followed by a comment that the construction of the house, while aesthetically pleasing, is very crude.

Another time, he saw the natural setting of our back yard and was impressed by what felt to him like a kind of wild beauty beyond what exists in Lemuria. The wildness he saw looks domesticated to my eyes, if somewhat untidy.

He was baffled by the crudity of our communications and dismayed by the separation we experience from each other and from the world around us. His compassion was powerful.

LESSONS OF THE JOURNEY

1. Telepathic mentoring

Observation

When I ask how the supervisors of nursery mothers learn their role, I am informed that they are not taught in a formal or structured way. Those with the capacity and inclination to become supervisors spend time with people who are already experienced, receiving telepathic and telempathic mentorship as they grow into the work.

Relevance Today

Even without clear telepathy, modern education could benefit from more use of the slow methods of apprenticeship, mentoring, and sustained relationship. They allow judgment, sensitivity, timing, and responsibility to be developed in learners through proximity to people who already embody them.

2. Surrender works with discernment

Observation

I encounter repeated emphasis on surrender, including the words “Surrender, surrender, surrender, within a container of trust.” At the same time, I am told to remain grounded, exercise discernment about communications, recognize when challenge is appropriate, and have confidence in my capacity to protect myself.

Relevance Today

Surrender and discernment may be mistaken for opposites: one suggesting openness, the other discrimination and boundaries. In this experience they are integrated. Contemporary life requires both capacities.

3. Beauty is a quality of presence

Observation

The elder allows Keth and me to perceive her essence. I experience her as beautiful and whole, without displaying herself or seeking recognition. The encounter reminds me of standing before a van Gogh painting and experiencing something technically inanimate as intensely alive through its power to evoke emotion.

Relevance Today

Beauty is often treated as a property of appearance or an object to be consumed. My experience of the elder places beauty elsewhere, in the quality of a presence and in the response that presence evokes. The comparison with the van Gogh painting reinforces the distinction. What matters is not simply what the eye encounters, but the relationship created between observer and observed.

4. Purpose does not require urgency

Observation

Near the end of the journey I become aware of my own sense of urgency. In contrast, I have never experienced urgency in Keth or in the others around him. In Lemuria I feel purpose and a desire to move forward, but without urgency or anxiety.

Relevance Today

Urgency carries status in contemporary culture. Speed is associated with productivity and commitment.
But purpose and urgency are not the same condition. A person can move steadily toward something without living as though time itself were an adversary.

5. My relationship with Keth

Observation

Keth tells me that contact with me has expanded his own experience. He says that his life has been rich but also limited, and that he is grateful I found my way to him. He invites me to continue contacting him from my waking life because he wants to become more capable of seeing my world. During the following week I do that, and the experience is both delightful and instructive.

Relevance Today

I am encouraged to reach out to Keth more often, to feel his perceptions and responses, and to gain a new perspective of my life in the 21st century. I contemplate the possibility of this kind of contact with another person in the 21st century.

6. Familiar things through another perspective

Observation

When I invite Keth to experience my surroundings through my eyes, he delights in a white orchid, finds the construction of our house aesthetically pleasing but crude, and sees a wild beauty in our back yard that appears rather domesticated to me. He is also baffled by our communications and disturbed by the separation he perceives among people and between people and the surrounding world.

Relevance Today

Familiarity makes many features of a culture almost invisible to those living inside it. Changing perspective, whether from another culture, generation, discipline, worldview, or timeline (!), changes what becomes available for examination and reveals assumptions that otherwise pass unnoticed.

SERIES CONTINUITY

This journey continues the exploration of chakra awakening, telepathy, and telempathy that has become central to my encounters with Keth. My learning increasingly occurs through direct encounters and participation rather than verbal answers. This time, instead of receiving a simple explanation of how communication works, I participate in a widening field of relationship that includes Keth, Alletha, the nursery-mother supervisors, and a revered elder.

The relationship between Keth and me continues to evolve. What began as my effort to enter Keth’s world is becoming a shared exploration in which each of us is learning to see through the other’s eyes. Earlier journeys have allowed me to experience his perspective. This time, the exchange becomes explicitly reciprocal. Keth describes what he is learning through our contact, and asks for continued communication during my waking life. Then, in the first deliberate continuation of that contact outside the meditation itself, he begins to perceive the twenty-first century through my senses.
